Abstract
1. Система нагрева, содержащая: ! связующую мембрану, содержащую водопроницаемый тонкий слой; ! электропроводящий излучательный нагревательный элемент на основе электропроводящих чернил и ! первый адгезив, выполненный с возможностью сцепления с упомянутым излучательным нагревательным элементом на основе электропроводящих чернил и с возможностью сцепления с упомянутой связующей мембраной. ! 2. Система по п.1, в которой упомянутая связующая мембрана содержит подложку и покрытие. ! 3. Система по п.2, в которой упомянутая подложка содержит тонкий слой материала из волокон, выдуваемых из расплава, расположенный между двумя тонкими слоями из спанбонда. ! 4. Система по п.2, в которой упомянутое покрытие содержит по меньшей мере 55% затвердевающего в воде компонента, выбранного из группы, состоящей из летучей золы и кремнеземной пыли. ! 5. Система по п.4, в которой упомянутое покрытие дополнительно содержит водорастворимый, пленкообразующий полимер. !6. Система по п.1, в которой упомянутый электропроводящий излучательный нагревательный элемент на основе электропроводящих чернил дополнительно содержит полимерный лист, на котором электропроводящими чернилами напечатаны резистивные полоски. ! 7. Система по п.6, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере две шины, выполненные с возможностью подвода электрическго тока к упомянутьм резистивным полоскам и отвода электрическго тока от упомянутых резистивных полосок. ! 8. Система по п.7, дополнительно содержащая электропроводящий материал, размещенный между упомянутыми резистивными полосками и упомянутыми шинами. ! 9. Claims (10)
1. Система нагрева, содержащая:
связующую мембрану, содержащую водопроницаемый тонкий слой;
электропроводящий излучательный нагревательный элемент на основе электропроводящих чернил и
первый адгезив, выполненный с возможностью сцепления с упомянутым излучательным нагревательным элементом на основе электропроводящих чернил и с возможностью сцепления с упомянутой связующей мембраной.
2. Система по п.1, в которой упомянутая связующая мембрана содержит подложку и покрытие.
3. Система по п.2, в которой упомянутая подложка содержит тонкий слой материала из волокон, выдуваемых из расплава, расположенный между двумя тонкими слоями из спанбонда.
4. Система по п.2, в которой упомянутое покрытие содержит по меньшей мере 55% затвердевающего в воде компонента, выбранного из группы, состоящей из летучей золы и кремнеземной пыли.
5. Система по п.4, в которой упомянутое покрытие дополнительно содержит водорастворимый, пленкообразующий полимер.
6. Система по п.1, в которой упомянутый электропроводящий излучательный нагревательный элемент на основе электропроводящих чернил дополнительно содержит полимерный лист, на котором электропроводящими чернилами напечатаны резистивные полоски.
7. Система по п.6, дополнительно содержащая по меньшей мере две шины, выполненные с возможностью подвода электрическго тока к упомянутьм резистивным полоскам и отвода электрическго тока от упомянутых резистивных полосок.
8. Система по п.7, дополнительно содержащая электропроводящий материал, размещенный между упомянутыми резистивными полосками и упомянутыми шинами.
9. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая многофункциональный слой, адгезивно сцепленный с излучательным нагревательным элементом с помощью второго адгезива.
10. Система по п.9, в которой упомянутый многофункциональный слой содержит материал из группы, состоящей из пеноматериала низкой плотности, полимерного листа, резинового листа и их сочетаний.
