Abstract
1. Способ консервативного лечения переломов костей голени, включающий репозицию костей голени и наложение повязки, отличающийся тем, что проводят спицу через пяточную кость, осуществляют при помощи нее скелетное вытяжение, до устранения смещения костных фрагментов по длине, затем во фронтальной плоскости проводят две дополнительные спицы: в дистальный эпиметафиз большеберцовой кости и в проксимальный эпиметафиз большеберцовой кости, после чего дополнительные спицы фиксируют в опорах деротационного устройства из двух колец стандартного набора для остеосинтеза по Илизарову, которые соединяют между собой тремя телескопическими стержнями, далее производят репозицию перелома, устраняют смещение костных фрагментов по ширине и ротационное смещение костных фрагментов, после чего телескопические стержни фиксируют в достигнутом положении, удаляют спицу из пяточной кости, осуществляют рентгенологический контроль, накладывают гипсовую повязку на голень с захватом коленного и голеностопного суставов, после высыхания гипсовой повязки деротационное устройство демонтируют и удаляют две дополнительные спицы. ! 2.
