Тело протеза для тазобедренного эндопротеза, включающее ножку (5, 5a, 5b), снабженную проксимальной опорной пластиной (4) для головки (15) протеза, при этом на опорной пластине (4), свисая с нее вниз, закреплены по меньшей мере два находящихся в проксимальном направлении на расстоянии друг от друга и в дистальном направлении сходящихся друг с другом стержня (5a, 5b) ножки (5), которые соединены распорками (6), в частности наклонными распорками (6), и при этом между стержнями (5a, 5b) ножки и распорками (6) имеются выемки (12) и/или открытые сквозные области (12), в которые может врастать губчатое вещество кости, отличающееся тем, что ! a. по меньшей мере, нижняя соединительная область опорной пластины (4), на которой закреплены стержни (5a, 5b) ножки, расположена горизонтально, ! b. опорная пластина (4) в медиальном направлении выступает за находящееся непосредственно под соединительной областью поперечное сечение ножки (5, 5a, 5b), и ! c. опорная пластина (4) в вентральном и дорсальном направлении переходит в ножку (5, 5a, 5b) без выступающей части. ! 2. Тело протеза по п.1, отличающееся тем, что тело протеза в латеральном направлении в области опорной пластины (4), в частности опорная пластина, заканчивается так, что оно/она после инсерции в бедренную кость (1), по меньшей мере, практически не опирается на кортикал большого вертела (3). ! 3. Тело протеза по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что тело протеза на высоте опорной пластины (4), в частности опорная пластина (4), с боков заканчивается к ножке (5). ! 4. Тело протеза по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что тело протеза на высоте опорной пластины (4), в частности опорная пластина (4), заканчивается параллельно продольной оси (11) гол�

Claims (13)

1. Тело протеза для тазобедренного эндопротеза, включающее ножку (5, 5a, 5b), снабженную проксимальной опорной пластиной (4) для головки (15) протеза, при этом на опорной пластине (4), свисая с нее вниз, закреплены по меньшей мере два находящихся в проксимальном направлении на расстоянии друг от друга и в дистальном направлении сходящихся друг с другом стержня (5a, 5b) ножки (5), которые соединены распорками (6), в частности наклонными распорками (6), и при этом между стержнями (5a, 5b) ножки и распорками (6) имеются выемки (12) и/или открытые сквозные области (12), в которые может врастать губчатое вещество кости, отличающееся тем, что
a. по меньшей мере, нижняя соединительная область опорной пластины (4), на которой закреплены стержни (5a, 5b) ножки, расположена горизонтально,
b. опорная пластина (4) в медиальном направлении выступает за находящееся непосредственно под соединительной областью поперечное сечение ножки (5, 5a, 5b), и
c. опорная пластина (4) в вентральном и дорсальном направлении переходит в ножку (5, 5a, 5b) без выступающей части.
2. Тело протеза по п.1, отличающееся тем, что тело протеза в латеральном направлении в области опорной пластины (4), в частности опорная пластина, заканчивается так, что оно/она после инсерции в бедренную кость (1), по меньшей мере, практически не опирается на кортикал большого вертела (3).
3. Тело протеза по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что тело протеза на высоте опорной пластины (4), в частности опорная пластина (4), с боков заканчивается к ножке (5).
4. Тело протеза по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что тело протеза на высоте опорной пластины (4), в частности опорная пластина (4), заканчивается параллельно продольной оси (11) головки (15) протеза или ее шейки на расстоянии от 20 до 30 мм, предпочтительно от 22 до 26 мм, особенно предпочтительно равном 24 мм.
5. Тело протеза по п.3, отличающееся тем, что тело протеза на высоте опорной пластины (4), в частности опорная пластина (4), заканчивается параллельно продольной оси (11) головки (15) протеза или ее шейки на расстоянии от 20 до 30 мм, предпочтительно от 22 до 26 мм, особенно предпочтительно равном 24 мм.
6. Тело протеза по п.1, отличающееся тем, что головка (15) протеза может закрепляться своей областью шейки, в частности, по меньшей мере, в двух различных угловых положениях на опорной пластине (4) или расположенной на ней области крепления.
7. Тело протеза по п.6, отличающееся тем, что область шейки или расположенный на ней выступ может вставляться в выемку, в частности, по меньшей мере, в одну из двух выемок, имеющихся на опорной пластине (4).
8. Тело протеза по п.7, отличающееся тем, что две выемки пересекаются, по меньшей мере, частично, по меньшей мере, в своих верхних областях, в частности, при этом каждая выемка выполнена в виде отверстия, и эти отверстия, начинаясь от одного общего отверстия в опорной пластине (4), проходят в двух различных направлениях.
9. Тело протеза по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно включает по меньшей мере один соединительный элемент (10), в частности, по одному соединительному элементу (10) в проксимальной и в дистальной области, в частности, в форме резьбового отверстия (10), с помощью которого тело протеза может соединяться с вибрационным устройством.
10. Тело протеза по п.9, отличающееся тем, что соединительный элемент (10), в частности резьбовое отверстие (10), расположен в опорной пластине (4) и/или на нижнем конце (9) ножки (5) вентрально и/или дорсально.
11. Тело протеза по одному из пп.1, 5, 6 или 7, отличающееся тем, что шейка головки (15) протеза расположена относительно вентральной торцевой поверхности опорной пластины под углом, равным 4-5°, в частности 4,4°.
12. Тело протеза по п.4, отличающееся тем, что шейка головки (15) протеза расположена относительно вентральной торцевой поверхности опорной пластины под углом, равным 4-5°, в частности 4,4°.
13. Тело протеза по п.1, отличающееся тем, что на нем или в нем расположена микросхема, в частности микросхема (RFID) радиочастотной идентификации, для сохранения в памяти и считывания данных, в частности, в которой сохранены идентификационный номер и/или информация о координатах соединительного элемента.
