Способ лечения местнораспространенных онкологических заболеваний в эксперименте, включающий воздействие на злокачественное образование лазерным излучением в инфракрасной области в полосах поглощения молекулярного кислорода, в импульсном режиме при плотности мощности излучения, не приводящей к термической коагуляции ткани и обеспечивающей генерацию химически активного электронно-возбужденного кислорода в ткани, отличающийся тем, что до начала облучения вводят фотосенсибилизатор тетрагидропорфирин-тетра-п-толуолсульфоната из расчета 5-15 мг/кг веса тела животной модели, а затем через 0,5-2 часа осуществляют интерстициальное лазерное воздействие на материнскую опухоль, а через 8-12 ч на метастазы в диапазоне волновых гармоник 690-762 нм или 1270 нм одноразово с плотностью энергии 200-300 Дж/см2.
