Abstract
Способ фотодинамической терапии и хирургического удаления внутриглазного новообразования, заключающийся в том, что за 2 часа до ФДТ пациенту внутривенно вводят ФС хлоринового ряда в дозе из расчета (0,8-1,1 мг/кг × 0,7) в течение 10 минут, за 10 минут до ФДТ пациенту внутривенно болюсно вводят тот же ФС в дозе из расчета (0,8-1,1 мг/кг × 0,3), перед вторым введением ФС над опухолью формируют поверхностный склеральный лоскут основанием от лимба толщиной 2/3 толщины склеры, через 10 минут после второго введения ФС облучают склеральное ложе при помощи насадки на световод лазерным излучением с длиной волны, соответствующей максимуму поглощения светового излучения хлориновым ФС, при плотности энергии 300 Дж/см2 с перекрытием соседних полей на 5% площади по завершении ФДТ опухоль удаляют транссклерально.
