Abstract
1. Шихта для получения пористого, безусадочного, огнеупорного теплоизоляционного материала, включающая алюминий в качестве вспучивателя, периклаз и электрокорунд в качестве минеральных наполнителей, высокоглиноземистый цемент, модификатор и фосфатное связующее, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве электрокорунда она содержит смесь порошков различных марок при фракционном содержании порошков, мас.%: марка F280 со средним размером частиц dcp=30…40 мкм - 18…25; марка F150 (dcp=80…100 мкм) - 13…15, марка F80 (dcp=160…200 мкм) - 22…25, марка F54 (dcp=300…400 мкм) - 7…10, периклаз в виде порошка марки ППТИ-92 непрерывного зернового состава с остатком на сите 05 не более 15%, в качестве модификатора - мертель плавленого периклазо-хромита МПХВ, при следующем содержании компонентов, мас.%: ! Алюминий 5,0-5,5 Периклаз 15,0-28,0 Высокоглиноземистый цемент не более 6,5 Мертель плавленого периклазо-хромита 1,0-2,0 Указанный электрокорунд до 100 ! и фосфатное связующее в количестве 47-82% сверх 100 от указанной смеси порошкообразных компонентов, при этом в качестве связующего используют алюмоборофосфат или алюмофосфат. ! 2. Шихта по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что в качестве алюминия используют высокодисперсный порошок со сферической формой частиц при максимальном размере частиц, не превышающем 50 мкм в диаметре. 1.
