Abstract
1. Способ электроэрозионной обработки (ЭЭО) изделий проволочным электродом-инструментом (ЭИ), в котором заданная поверхность изделия формообразуется в один рабочий проход на электроэрозионном вырезном станке с ЧПУ за счет согласованных координатных перемещений проволочного ЭИ по траектории, задаваемой от управляющей программы (УП), отличающийся тем, что ЭЭО изделия проволочным ЭИ осуществляется при реализации двух переходов, где в рамках первого перехода по траектории, задаваемой от УП, осуществляется формообразование заданной боковой поверхности изделия проволочным ЭИ с направлением его подачи в зону обработки снизу-вверх или сверху-вниз, а в рамках второго перехода, не изменяя положения изделия и предварительно изменив направление подачи ЭИ в зону обработки на противоположное, осуществляется повторная обработка заданной боковой поверхности, предварительно формообразованной в рамках первого перехода, по той же траектории, только в обратном направлении, что обеспечивает выравнивание заданной боковой поверхности по вертикали и исключает наличие уклона α этой поверхности с первого перехода. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что ЭЭО в рамках первого и второго переходов реализуется при неизменных показателях электрического режима обработки, скорости перемотки Vэи и силы натяжения Fэи ЭИ, а также скорости подачи Vs ЭИ по задаваемой от УП траектории. 1.
