Abstract

1. Способ приготовления цементного раствора, подаваемого в виде непрерывной ленты, для равномерного покрытия слоя волокон при производстве армированной строительной цементной панели, который включает в себя следующие операции: ! подача сухого цементного порошка, содержащего цемент, гипс и заполнитель, из бункера в горизонтальный порошковый смеситель, имеющий горизонтально установленный шнек; ! подача сухой цементной порошковой смеси от шнека в горизонтальный предварительный смеситель, снабженный лопаткой, которая вращается относительно центральной горизонтальной оси при помощи шнека; ! подача содержащего воду потока жидкости в горизонтальный предварительный смеситель через впуск; ! перемешивание цементного порошка и жидкости с образованием мокрой цементной порошковой смеси; ! сбрасывание предварительно перемешанной смеси порошка и жидкости из верхнего участка вертикально ориентированной смесительной камеры в нижней участок вертикально ориентированной смесительной камеры, снабженный лопастной мешалкой, которая вращается относительно вертикальной оси при помощи установленного сверху двигателя; ! перемешивание воды и порошка в нижнем участке вертикально ориентированной смесительной камеры; и ! откачивание цементного раствора в устройство для подачи цементного раствора, для нанесения цементного раствора в виде непрерывной ленты на слой волокон на полотне технологической линии для производства армированных волокнами панелей, ! причем порошок и жидкость перемешивают при среднем времени нахождения в нижнем участке смесительной камеры, составляющем ориентировочно от 10 до 360 секунд, в то врем

Claims (12)

1. Способ приготовления цементного раствора, подаваемого в виде непрерывной ленты, для равномерного покрытия слоя волокон при производстве армированной строительной цементной панели, который включает в себя следующие операции:
подача сухого цементного порошка, содержащего цемент, гипс и заполнитель, из бункера в горизонтальный порошковый смеситель, имеющий горизонтально установленный шнек;
подача сухой цементной порошковой смеси от шнека в горизонтальный предварительный смеситель, снабженный лопаткой, которая вращается относительно центральной горизонтальной оси при помощи шнека;
подача содержащего воду потока жидкости в горизонтальный предварительный смеситель через впуск;
перемешивание цементного порошка и жидкости с образованием мокрой цементной порошковой смеси;
сбрасывание предварительно перемешанной смеси порошка и жидкости из верхнего участка вертикально ориентированной смесительной камеры в нижней участок вертикально ориентированной смесительной камеры, снабженный лопастной мешалкой, которая вращается относительно вертикальной оси при помощи установленного сверху двигателя;
перемешивание воды и порошка в нижнем участке вертикально ориентированной смесительной камеры; и
откачивание цементного раствора в устройство для подачи цементного раствора, для нанесения цементного раствора в виде непрерывной ленты на слой волокон на полотне технологической линии для производства армированных волокнами панелей,
причем порошок и жидкость перемешивают при среднем времени нахождения в нижнем участке смесительной камеры, составляющем ориентировочно от 10 до 360 секунд, в то время как вращающаяся лопастная мешалка прикладывает сдвигающее усилие к смеси в смесительной камере, для перемешивания порошка и воды, чтобы получить однородный цементный раствор, который имеет консистенцию, позволяющую цементному раствору равномерно покрывать слой волокон на полотне.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором обеспечивают среднее время нахождения в вертикальной камере ориентировочно от 15 до 240 с и диапазон скоростей вращения лопастной мешалки от 70 до 270 об/мин.
3. Способ по п.1, в котором цементный раствор откачивают со дна вертикально ориентированной смесительной камеры при помощи объемного насоса, который приводится в действие при помощи двигателя, установленного сверху на вертикально ориентированной смесительной камере, причем указанный двигатель также приводит во вращение центральный вал лопастной мешалки.
4. Способ по п.1, в котором лопастная мешалка в вертикально ориентированной смесительной камере имеет множество горизонтальных лопастей и центральный вал, идущий в направлении длины вертикально ориентированной смесительной камеры.
5. Способ по п.1, в котором подачу порошка и жидкости в вертикально ориентированную смесительную камеру регулируют при помощи электронного датчика уровня смеси порошка и воды в смесительной камере.
6. Способ по п.1, в котором регулируют скорость подачи сухого цементного порошка в горизонтально ориентированный предварительный смеситель с помощью гравиметрической системы взвешивания, связанной со шнеком.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором сухой цементный порошок содержит порцию химически активного порошка и, при необходимости, порцию легковесного заполнителя, причем химически активная порция содержит, в пересчете на сухой вес, от 35 до 75 вес.% кальций сульфат альфа полугидрата, от 20 до 55 вес.% гидравлического цемента, от 0,2 до 3,5 вес.% извести и от 5 до 25 вес.% активного пуццолана.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором сухой цементный порошок содержит порцию химически активного порошка и порцию легковесного наполнителя, причем химически активная порция содержит, в пересчете на сухой вес, от 35 до 75 вес.% кальций сульфат альфа полугидрата, от 20 до 55 вес.% портландцемента, от 0,2 до 3,5 вес.% извести и от 5 до 25 вес.% активного пуццолана.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором сухой цементный порошок содержит от 20 до 50%, в пересчете на сухой вес, частиц легковесного заполнителя.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором частицы легковесного заполнителя выбраны из группы, в которую входят керамические микросферы, стеклянные микросферы, сеносферы зольной пыли и перлит.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором электродвигатель с регулируемой скоростью вращения регулирует скорость вращения шнека, чтобы регулировать подачу порошка в горизонтально ориентированный предварительный смеситель, и скорость вращения лопатки, чтобы подавать мокрую порошковую смесь в вертикально ориентированную смесительную камеру.
12. Способ по п.1, в котором цементный раствор откачивают со дна вертикально ориентированной смесительной камеры при помощи объемного насоса, приводимого в действие при помощи вертикально установленного центрального вала лопастной мешалки, который, в свою очередь, приводится во вращение при помощи двигателя, установленного сверху на вертикально ориентированной смесительной камере.
