Abstract
1. Композиция трансформаторного масла, которая содержит (А) деасфальтизированное цилиндровое масло (DACO) с содержанием бензо[а]пирена не более 1 мг/кг и суммарным содержанием бенз[а]антрацена, хризена, бензо[b]флюорантена, бензо[j]флюорантена, бензо[k]флюорантена, бензо[е]пирена, бензо[а]пирена и бензо[а,h]антрацена не более 10 мг/кг; и (В) одно или более базовых масел, каждое из которых имеет вязкость не более 4,0 мм2/с при 100°C. ! 2. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, в которой одно или более базовых масел (В) выбираются из одного или более парафиновых масел минерального происхождения, одного или более нафтеновых масел, одного или более базовых масел, получаемых синтезом Фишера-Тропша, и их смесей. ! 3. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1 или 2, которая была подвергнута контактно-земельной очистке. ! 4. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, которая содержит одну или более добавок, понижающих температуру застывания. ! 5. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, которая содержит одну или более пассивирующих металлы добавок. ! 6. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.5, в которой одна или более пассивирующих металлы добавок являются производными бензотриазола. ! 7. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, которая содержит один или более антиоксидантов. ! 8. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.7, которая содержит в качестве антиоксиданта трет-бутилированный гидрокситолуол (ВНТ). ! 9. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, которая удовлетворительно выдерживает тест «осаждение на изолированных проводниках» CIGRE A2.32.01 на агрессивную серу и/или тест ASTM D 1275 В на агрессивную серу. ! 10. Применение композиции по любом
Claims (10)
1. Композиция трансформаторного масла, которая содержит (А) деасфальтизированное цилиндровое масло (DACO) с содержанием бензо[а]пирена не более 1 мг/кг и суммарным содержанием бенз[а]антрацена, хризена, бензо[b]флюорантена, бензо[j]флюорантена, бензо[k]флюорантена, бензо[е]пирена, бензо[а]пирена и бензо[а,h]антрацена не более 10 мг/кг; и (В) одно или более базовых масел, каждое из которых имеет вязкость не более 4,0 мм2/с при 100°C.
2. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, в которой одно или более базовых масел (В) выбираются из одного или более парафиновых масел минерального происхождения, одного или более нафтеновых масел, одного или более базовых масел, получаемых синтезом Фишера-Тропша, и их смесей.
3. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1 или 2, которая была подвергнута контактно-земельной очистке.
4. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, которая содержит одну или более добавок, понижающих температуру застывания.
5. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, которая содержит одну или более пассивирующих металлы добавок.
6. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.5, в которой одна или более пассивирующих металлы добавок являются производными бензотриазола.
7. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, которая содержит один или более антиоксидантов.
8. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.7, которая содержит в качестве антиоксиданта трет-бутилированный гидрокситолуол (ВНТ).
9. Композиция трансформаторного масла по п.1, которая удовлетворительно выдерживает тест «осаждение на изолированных проводниках» CIGRE A2.32.01 на агрессивную серу и/или тест ASTM D 1275 В на агрессивную серу.
10. Применение композиции по любому из пп.1-9 в качестве трансформаторного масла в трансформаторах, регуляторах, рубильниках, реакторах электростанций, стрелочных приводах, кабелях, электротехническом оборудовании.
