Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the building materials industry, and more particularly to the manufacture of glasses and glass-crystalline materials, and can be used for the manufacture of decorative building boards.
[1] .A known mixture for the manufacture of glass crystal material containing feldspar mineral raw materials, aegirine concentrate, a mineral containing titanium in the anion group and borax. At the same time, quartz porphyry, helleflint, anorthasite, nepheline, nepheline feldspar and quartz feldspar concentrates are used as feldspar raw materials. Glass melting is carried out at 1300-1350 about C for one hour. However, the manufacture of the charge involves the use of three types of mineral raw materials, not often found in one place. The production of glass by this method requires significant costs for the transportation of the components of the mixture, which significantly leads to an increase in the cost of the entire technology [1].
[2] .A mixture is also known for producing a glass-crystalline material containing sodium helleflint, dolomite, chromium, iron and manganese ores. When this glass melting is carried out at 1450-1500 ° C for 3.5 hours. However, the production of glass according to the present method is advantageously carried out only in the vicinity of locations gelleflinty sodium, iron and manganese ores. Delivery of charge components to other regions of the country is not economically feasible [2].
[3] .Closest to the claimed technical solution is a mixture for producing a glass-crystalline material containing diopside rock, soda and sand. The mixture may contain alumina and boric acid. Glass melting is carried out at 1460-1470 ° C for 5-6 hours. However, the use charge for the production of glasses and glass-ceramics in regions remote from the seats processing diopside rocks also inexpedient [3].
The technical result consists in expanding the range of utilized waste while improving cooking properties, as well as reducing costs.
For this, the charge for the manufacture of glass crystalline material contains sludge for the production of enriched alumina, sand and soda in an amount, wt. %:
Sand 16-30
Soda 5-15
Sludge production
Enriched Alumina Else
To improve the mechanical properties and vary the color, chromium oxide in the amount of 0.3-0.5% of the total mass content of the sludge can be introduced into the mixture.
N 48-0113-23.The sludge from the production of enriched alumina is a product having components such as SiO 2 , TiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 , Fe 2 O 3 , CaO, Na 2 O, SO 3 , K 2 O, H 2 O and the corresponding specification For sale N 48-0113-23.
The mixture is prepared as follows.
The sludge is dried, crushed, mixed with sand and soda and loaded into a glass furnace. Glass is melted at 1350-1430 о С for 0.9 - 0.7 h, and then its production - at 1350-1380 о С.
Then the mass is molded and, if necessary, crystallized at 850 about C for 1 h. Next, the product can be subjected to grinding and polishing.
1,2. The composition of the mixture and the properties of the obtained glasses are given in table. 1,2.
The resulting glass crystalline materials are light brown to dark brown in color.
In the table. 3 presents the chemical compositions of the obtained glass crystalline materials, corresponding to examples of the charge.
