Description
The invention relates to glass industry, namely, compositions for the production of various types of glass, including technical and container glass, stained glass, varietal tableware, art glass, which can be used as an ornamental material in the jewelry industry.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the technology.
The mixture for boiling colored glass is made from sand, alumina, boric acid, diopside mineral in the form of diopside rock or with impurities in the rock more than 15 May 7 is used as a filler and dye. 1-2.0 mm.
Диопсид представл ет собой кристаллический минерал со стекл нным блеском, окрашен в различные, преимущественно серые или серо-гр зно- зеленые цвета, обусловленные геологическими услови ми его образовани .Diopside is a crystalline mineral with a glass luster, colored in various, mostly gray or gray-green colors due to the geological conditions of its formation.
Magnesium diopside silicate calcium Ca, Mg silObl is found in the form of a diopside rock consisting of

This material is from diopside or containing various impurities.
If the amount of impurities does not exceed 15 wt.%, Then diopside rock can be used without enrichment, otherwise
предварительное обогащение и в щихту добавл ют диопсидовый концентрат с содержанием диопсида 90-100 мас.%.pre-enrichment and diopside concentrate with diopside content of 90-100% by weight is added to the batch.
Диопсидова порода в значительных количествах накапливаетс в отвалах при разработке флогопитовых месторождений и до сих пор никак не использовалась .Diopside rock accumulates in significant quantities in dumps during the development of phlogopite deposits and has not been used up to now.
Диопсидовую породу (или диопсидовый концентрат) примен ют в качестве наполнител и красител в шихте дл известково-натровых стекол взамен традиционного сырь .Diopside rock (or diopside concentrate) is used as a filler and dye in a blend for lime-soda glass instead of traditional raw materials.
In tab. 1 shows the chemical composition of the diopside rock.
Glasses are produced by boiling under normal conditions at 1460-1DTO C for 5-6 hours. Depending on the composition of the mixture, different colors are obtained.
The composition of the mixture and the properties of the obtained glass are given in table.2-D.
п.High decorative qualities make it possible to use diopside glasses not only instead of the usual technical, tare, showcase glass, but also in the production of glassware imitating colored crystal as substitutes for semi-precious stones in jewelery, stained glass, etc.
