Abstract
1. Установка для проведения экзотермических химических реакций, состоящая из корпуса и блока проведения реакций, который посредством расположения основного фланцевого соединения в верхней трети корпуса выполнен с возможностью его полной или частичной замены. ! 2. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций размещен в кожухе реактора в подвешенном или стоячем (вертикальном) положении. ! 3. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций состоит из многих модулей, число n которых может достигать 10. ! 4. Установка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что модули расположены рядом друг с другом или друг над другом. ! 5. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций устанавливается в корпус снизу или сверху. ! 6. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что камера реактора, выполненная в виде камеры нагнетания, заключает в себе охладительную камеру. ! 7. Установка по одному из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций выполнен в форме установки из труб, пластин или одной или же нескольких решеток. ! 8. Установка по одному из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций закреплен на крышке реактора в подвешенном положении. ! 9. Установка по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций закреплен на крышке реактора в подвешенном положении. ! 10. Установка по одному из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций соединен с корпусом посредством воспринимающих нагрузку штуцерных вводов. ! 11. Установка по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций соединен с корпусом посредством воспринимающих нагрузку штуцерных вводов.
Claims (11)
1. Установка для проведения экзотермических химических реакций, состоящая из корпуса и блока проведения реакций, который посредством расположения основного фланцевого соединения в верхней трети корпуса выполнен с возможностью его полной или частичной замены.
2. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций размещен в кожухе реактора в подвешенном или стоячем (вертикальном) положении.
3. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций состоит из многих модулей, число n которых может достигать 10.
4. Установка по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что модули расположены рядом друг с другом или друг над другом.
5. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций устанавливается в корпус снизу или сверху.
6. Установка по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что камера реактора, выполненная в виде камеры нагнетания, заключает в себе охладительную камеру.
7. Установка по одному из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций выполнен в форме установки из труб, пластин или одной или же нескольких решеток.
8. Установка по одному из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций закреплен на крышке реактора в подвешенном положении.
9. Установка по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций закреплен на крышке реактора в подвешенном положении.
10. Установка по одному из пп.1-6, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций соединен с корпусом посредством воспринимающих нагрузку штуцерных вводов.
11. Установка по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что блок проведения реакций соединен с корпусом посредством воспринимающих нагрузку штуцерных вводов.
