Способ регулирования толщины при прокатке, в частности, при горячей прокатке, в по меньшей мере одной прокатной клети, в котором учитывают фактическое среднее положение нажимных цилиндров прокатной клети и ее суммарное усилие прокатки, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют, по меньшей мере, одно дополнительное измерение положения для регистрации сигналов положения в области, близкой к очагу деформации в прокатной клети. ! 2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что регистрируют сигналы положения между рабочими валками, и/или опорными валками, и/или подушками рабочих валков, и/или подушками опорных валков. ! 3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сигналы положения используют для регулирования положения. ! 4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сигналы положения используют для регулирования поворота. ! 5. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сигналы положения используют для расчета толщины полосы.

Claims (5)

1. Способ регулирования толщины при прокатке, в частности, при горячей прокатке, в по меньшей мере одной прокатной клети, в котором учитывают фактическое среднее положение нажимных цилиндров прокатной клети и ее суммарное усилие прокатки, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют, по меньшей мере, одно дополнительное измерение положения для регистрации сигналов положения в области, близкой к очагу деформации в прокатной клети.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что регистрируют сигналы положения между рабочими валками, и/или опорными валками, и/или подушками рабочих валков, и/или подушками опорных валков.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сигналы положения используют для регулирования положения.
4. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сигналы положения используют для регулирования поворота.
5. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что сигналы положения используют для расчета толщины полосы.
