Abstract
1. Применение устройства для нейростимуляции в качестве средства для лечения желудочно-кишечного расстройства, при котором по крайней мере один электрод вышеупомянутого устройства соединяют с вегетативным нервом и подают электрический сигнал на по крайней мере часть упомянутого вегетативного нерва, при этом вегетативный нерв включает в себя внутренний нерв грудного отдела и часть блуждающего нерва, выбранной из группы, включающей пищеводное сплетение, мышечно-кишечное сплетение Ауэрбаха, подслизистое сплетение Мейсснера, основной нерв малой кривизны желудка и желудочная ветвь блуждающего нерва. ! 2. Применение по п.1, в котором дополнительно используют программируемый генератор электрического сигнала, который соединяют с упомянутым по крайней мере одним электродом. ! 3. Применение по п.2, в котором в упомянутом генераторе электрического сигнала формирование упомянутого сигнала производят по группе параметров, включающей величину тока, широту импульсов, частоту импульсов, время нахождения во включенном состоянии и время нахождения в выключенном состоянии. ! 4. Применение по п.1, в котором лечение проводят в два периода, на первом из которых подают первый электрический сигнал к упомянутой, по меньшей мере, части упомянутого блуждающего нерва, а на втором подают второй электрический сигнал к по крайней мере одной ветви блуждающего нерва. ! 5. Применение по п.4, в котором первый период принимают от одного часа до шести месяцев, а второго периода принимают от одного месяца до 10 лет. ! 6. Применение по п.1, в котором по крайней мере один электрод выбирают из группы, включающей спиральный электрод и плоский электрод. ! 7. �
Claims (20)
1. Применение устройства для нейростимуляции в качестве средства для лечения желудочно-кишечного расстройства, при котором по крайней мере один электрод вышеупомянутого устройства соединяют с вегетативным нервом и подают электрический сигнал на по крайней мере часть упомянутого вегетативного нерва, при этом вегетативный нерв включает в себя внутренний нерв грудного отдела и часть блуждающего нерва, выбранной из группы, включающей пищеводное сплетение, мышечно-кишечное сплетение Ауэрбаха, подслизистое сплетение Мейсснера, основной нерв малой кривизны желудка и желудочная ветвь блуждающего нерва.
2. Применение по п.1, в котором дополнительно используют программируемый генератор электрического сигнала, который соединяют с упомянутым по крайней мере одним электродом.
3. Применение по п.2, в котором в упомянутом генераторе электрического сигнала формирование упомянутого сигнала производят по группе параметров, включающей величину тока, широту импульсов, частоту импульсов, время нахождения во включенном состоянии и время нахождения в выключенном состоянии.
4. Применение по п.1, в котором лечение проводят в два периода, на первом из которых подают первый электрический сигнал к упомянутой, по меньшей мере, части упомянутого блуждающего нерва, а на втором подают второй электрический сигнал к по крайней мере одной ветви блуждающего нерва.
5. Применение по п.4, в котором первый период принимают от одного часа до шести месяцев, а второго периода принимают от одного месяца до 10 лет.
6. Применение по п.1, в котором по крайней мере один электрод выбирают из группы, включающей спиральный электрод и плоский электрод.
7. Применение по п.1, в котором электрическую стимуляцию по крайней мере одной ветви упомянутого блуждающего нерва посредством упомянутого электрода комбинируют с выполнением стимуляции по крайней мере одного вида, выбранной из группы, включающей магнитную стимуляцию, химическую стимуляцию и биологическую стимуляцию упомянутого блуждающего нерва.
8. Применение по п.1, в котором электрический сигнал подают к упомянутой по крайней мере одной части блуждающего нерва, выбранной из группы, включающей пищеводное сплетение, мышечно-кишечное сплетение Ауэрбаха, подслизистое сплетение Мейсснера, основной нерв малой кривизны желудка и желудочная ветвь блуждающего нерва.
9. Применение по п.8, в котором упомянутое желудочно-кишечное расстройство является расстройством, выбранным из группы, включающей расстройство моторики, желудочное расстройство, расстройство секреции желудочного сока, хроническая тошнота и пищевое расстройство, выбранное из группы, включающей расстройство моторики, нервная анорексия, нервная булимия, навязчивое переедание и чрезмерное потребление пищи.
10. Применение по п.8, в котором подачей сигнала корректируют показатели, выбранные из группы, включающей выработку желудочного сока, мышечный спазм, имеющий отношение к диафрагме, спазм, имеющий отношение к области пищевода, спазма, имеющий отношение к области желудка.
11. Применение по п.8, в котором посредством электрического сигнала вырабатывают физиологическую реакцию, выбираемую из группы, включающей афферентный потенциал действия, эфферентный потенциал действия, афферентную гиперполяризацию, подпороговую деполяризацию и эфферентную гиперполяризацию.
12. Применение по п.11, в котором посредством электрического сигнала вырабатывают эфферентный потенциал действия в комбинации с афферентным потенциалом действия.
13. Применение по п.8, в котором дополнительно используют программируемый генератор электрического сигнала, который соединяют с упомянутым по крайней мере одним электродом.
14. Применение по п.13, в котором в упомянутом генераторе электрического сигнала формирование упомянутого сигнала производят по группе параметров, включающей величину тока, широту импульсов, частоту импульсов, время нахождения во включенном состоянии и время нахождения в выключенном состоянии.
15. Применение по п.8, в котором сначала определяют симптом желудочно-кишечного расстройства, а затем в зависимости от полученного симптома подают электрический сигнал.
16. Применение по п.15, в котором в качестве симптома выбирают по крайней мере одно расстройство из группы, включающей расстройство моторики, желудочное расстройство, расстройство секреции желудочного сока, хроническую тошноту и пищевое расстройство, выбранное из группы, включающей расстройство моторики, нервную анорексию, нервную булимию, навязчивое переедание и чрезмерное потребление пищи.
17. Применение по п.8, в котором лечение проводят в два периода, на первом из которых подают первый электрический сигнал, а на втором подают второй электрический сигнал.
18. Применение по п.17, в котором определяют симптом желудочно-кишечного расстройства посредством показателей, выбранных из группы, включающей выработку желудочного сока, мышечный спазм, имеющий отношение к диафрагме, спазм, имеющий отношение к области пищевода, спазм, имеющий отношение к области желудка, внешние данные, касающиеся тошноты.
19. Применение по п.1, при котором присоединяют, по меньшей мере, один электрод к, по меньшей мере, части блуждающего нерва, выбранной из группы, состоящей из пищеводного сплетения, мышечно-кишечного сплетения Ауэрбаха, подслизистого сплетения Мейсснера, основого нерва малой кривизны желудка и желудочной ветви упомянутого блуждающего нерва, соединяют, по меньшей мере, один упомянутый электрод с генератором, посредством которого вырабатывают электрический сигнал.
20. Применение по п.19, при котором определяют симптом желудочно-кишечного расстройства и подают электрический сигнал к электроду в зависимости от определенного упомянутого симптома.
