Claims (15)
3. Способ по п.1, в котором не требуется использование защитных групп.
4. Способ по любому из пп.1-3, включающий взаимодействие соединения формулы ASC с соответствующим хлорирующим агентом в органическом растворителе, необязательно в присутствии основания, и выделение полученного соединения формулы I из реакционной смеси.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором хлорирующим агентом является дихлортрифенилфосфоран.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-3 и 5, включающий взаимодействие соединения FR520 в органическом растворителе с хлорирующим агентом в присутствии основания, причем хлорирующий агент получают при взаимодействии трифенилфосфина и N-хлорсукцинимида в органическом растворителе.
7. Способ по п.4, включающий взаимодействие соединения FR520 в органическом растворителе с хлорирующим агентом в присутствии основания, причем хлорирующий агент получают при взаимодействии трифенилфосфина и N-хлорсукцинимида в органическом растворителе.
8. Способ по п.6, в котором органический растворитель выбирают из группы, включающей ароматические углеводороды, простые эфиры и нитрилы.
9. Способ по п.7, в котором органический растворитель выбирают из группы, включающей ароматические углеводороды, простые эфиры и нитрилы.
10. Способ по п.6, в котором основанием является пиридин.
11.Способ по п.6, в котором основанием является пиридин.
12. Способ по любому из пп.1-3 и 5, включающий взаимодействие соединения формулы ASC с хлорирующим агентом в органическом растворителе, причем хлорирующий агент получают при взаимодействии трифенилфосфина с хлорзамещенным алканом.
13. Способ по п 4, включающий взаимодействие соединения формулы ASC с хлорирующим агентом в органическом растворителе, причем хлорирующий агент получают при взаимодействии трифенилфосфина с хлорзамещенным алканом.
14. Способ по п.12, в котором хлорзамещенным алканом является CCl4.
15. Способ по п.12, в котором хлорзамещенным алканом является CCl4
