Claims (9)
1. Связанные реактопластом волокнистые формованные изделия, изготовленные из волокнистого материала на основе природных и/или синтетических волокон, связанного термореактивным связующим, отличающиеся тем, что в поверхность и/или внутрь волокнистого формованного изделия в процессе предварительного и/или окончательного отверждения термореактивного связующего заделан по меньшей мере один адсорбент.
2. Волокнистые формованные изделия по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что содержание адсорбента составляет от 1 до 30 мас.ч. в пересчете на термореактивное связующее.
3. Волокнистые формованные изделия по п.2, отличающиеся тем, что содержание адсорбента составляет от 15 до 20 мас.ч. в пересчете на термореактивное связующее.
4. Волокнистые формованные изделия по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что размер частиц адсорбента согласован с размером частиц связующего.
5. Волокнистые формованные изделия по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что адсорбентом является активированный уголь.
6. Волокнистые формованные изделия по п.1, отличающиеся тем, что связующим является связующее на основе фенольной смолы, эпоксидной смолы и/или смесей эпоксидной смолы с полиэфирными смолами.
7. Способ изготовления связанных реактопластом волокнистых формованных изделий по одному из пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что в процессе изготовления связанного реактопластом волокнистого формованного изделия в него заделывают адсорбент в смеси с термореактивным связующим.
8. Способ изготовления связанных реактопластом волокнистых формованных изделий по одному из пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что их изготавливают аэродинамическим методом.
9. Способ изготовления связанных реактопластом волокнистых формованных изделий по одному из пп.1-6, отличающийся тем, что формование осуществляют методом горячего прессования.
