Claims (11)
1. Способ получения волокнистой нетканой структуры, включающий в себя стабилизацию тонкого слоя нетканых волокон в стабилизированную сетку; поддержание стабилизированной сетки на эластомерном поддерживающем элементе; перемещение поддерживающего элемента и стабилизированной сетки на нем в машинном направлении; контактирование поддерживаемой стабилизированной сетки с потоком жидкости.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором эластомерный поддерживающий материал включает в себя отверстия.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором отверстия выполняют через толщину указанного эластомерного поддерживающего материала.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором отверстия имеют размер от около 0,25 мм до около 2,5 мм.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором отверстия имеют размер от около 0,25 мм до около 0,75 мм.
6. Способ по п.2, в котором эластомерный поддерживающий материал имеет открытую область от около 20% до около 70%.
7. Способ по п.1, в котором эластомерный поддерживающий материал является свободным от отверстий, образованных через толщину эластомерного поддерживающего материала.
8. Способ по п.1, в котором эластомерный поддерживающий материал имеет твердость по Шору от около 20 до 90.
9. Способ по п.8, в котором эластомерный материал включает в себя материал, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из политерпена, бутадиенстирольного блок-сополимера, нитрильных эластомеров, неопрена, этиленпропиленовых каучуков, каучуков на основе уретана, силиконовых каучуков и комбинаций двух или более из указанных материалов.
10 Способ по п.1, в котором осуществляют контакт потока жидкости стадии контактирования со стабилизированной сеткой под давлением, которое является достаточным для деформирования эластомерного поддерживающего материала.
11. Способ по п.1, в котором стадия контактирования является достаточной для обеспечения волокнистой нетканой структуры с драпируемостью по меньшей мере около 4 гм2/г и плотностью менее чем около 0,08 г/см3.
