Claims (10)
1. Материал с цементированными карбидами с ультра-мелким зерном для инструментов для глубокой вытяжки и вытяжки с утонением при изготовлении алюминиевых или стальных банок для напитков, отличающийся тем, что содержит WC, менее 1 вес.% V и/или Cr в качестве ингибиторов увеличения зерна, и 5-10 вес.% Со; предпочтительно 5,5-8 вес.% Со, и имеет твердость по Виккерсу согласно соотношению HV30>2150-52* вес.% Со.
2. Материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что имеет твердость по Виккерсу согласно соотношению HV30>2200-52* вес.% Со.
3. Материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что имеет твердость по Виккерсу согласно соотношению HV30>2250-52* вес.% Со.
4. Материал по любому из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что имеет HV30 более 1900.
5. Применение материала с цементированными карбидами по любому из пп.1-4 для выполнения глубокой вытяжки и правки при изготовлении алюминиевых или стальных банок для напитков.
6. Применение материала с цементированными карбидами по любому из пп.1-4 для выполнения вытяжки с утонением при изготовлении алюминиевых или стальных банок для напитков.
7. Инструмент для выполнения глубокой вытяжки и правки, отличающийся тем, что содержит материал с цементированными карбидами с ультра-мелким размером зерна, включающий в себя WC, менее 1 вес.% V и/или Cr в качестве ингибиторов увеличения зерна, и 5-10 вес.% Со; предпочтительно 5,5-8 вес.% Со, и имеет твердость по Виккерсу, согласно соотношению HV30>2150-52* вес.% Со.
8. Инструмент по п.7, отличающийся тем, что имеет твердость по Виккерсу согласно соотношению: HV30>2200-52* вес.% Со.
9. Инструмент по п.7, отличающийся тем, что имеет твердость по Виккерсу согласно соотношению: HV30>2250-52* вес.% Со.
10. Инструмент по п.7, отличающийся тем, что имеет твердость по Виккерсу согласно соотношению HV30>1900.
