Claims (6)

1. Способ изготовления в несколько этапов бесконтактных билетов или карточек, содержащих микросхему (24), соединенную с антенной (10) на подложке из бумаги, заключающийся в том, что последовательно осуществляют трафаретную печать антенн на подложке в виде полосы, на каждом билете закрепляют микросхему путем соединения контактных площадок микросхемы с контактными площадками (14, 16) антенны и закрывают упомянутую бумажную полосу, содержащую напечатанные антенны и соответствующие микросхемы, адгезивной бумажной полосой, при этом каждый этап сопровождается наматыванием подложки в виде бумажной полосы перед переходом к следующему этапу, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют нанесение на каждую из антенн путем печати защитного слоя (12), в частности, путем трафаретной печати, чтобы помешать переносу трафаретной краски на оборотную сторону подложки в виде бумажной полосы во время последовательных операций ее наматывания после каждого этапа способа.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что в качестве защитного слоя используют диэлектрический слой.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что диэлектрический слой печатают при помощи краски для трафаретной печати на том же этапе, что и трафаретная печать антенны на бумажной подложке.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что часть (18) диэлектрического слоя (12), предназначенная для нанесения на нее электропроводящей полоски, соединяющей конец нанесенной трафаретной печатью антенны (10) с контактной площадкой микросхемы (24), является более значительной, чем остальная часть упомянутого диэлектрического слоя.
5. Способ по п.4, отличающийся тем, что часть (18) диэлектрического слоя, предназначенная для нанесения на нее электропроводящей полоски, содержит 100% диэлектрика, тогда как остальная часть диэлектрического слоя содержит 30% диэлектрика.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что трафарет для нанесения диэлектрического слоя (12) содержит сплошной участок, соответствующий части (18), предназначенной для нанесения электропроводящей полоски, при этом остальную часть диэлектрического слоя наносят через сетку.
