Claims (7)
- 패턴이 형성되지 않은 기판 부분에 레지스트 코팅을 하는 단계;기판 전면에 금속 스퍼터 코팅을 하는 단계; 및상기 기판을 초음파 처리하고 고압으로 수세하여 레지스트를 제거하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 알에프 카드 또는 알에프 태그의 인레이 안테나 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 레지스트 코팅은 그라비아 인쇄법에 의하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프 카드 또는 알에프 태그의 인레이 안테나 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 스퍼터 코팅은 기판으로부터 2500 ~ 3500 Å의 두께로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프 카드 또는 알에프 태그의 인레이 안테나 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고압으로 수세하여 레지스트를 제거하는 단계는 2 ~ 5 kg/㎠의 수세압력으로 레지스트를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프 카드 또는 알에프 태그의 인레이 안테나 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 FPCB 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 알에프 카드 또는 알에프 태그의 인레이 안테나 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 알에프 카드 또는 알에프 태그의 인레이를 권취하는 단계를 더 포함하는 알에프 카드 또는 알에프 태그의 인레이 안테나 제조방법.
