Claims (11)
1. Устройство для постановки на якорь плавучего сооружения (100; 620), содержащего первый и второй торцы, отличающееся тем, что в каждом из указанных торцов сооружения смонтирована, по меньшей мере, одна выступающая вперед и направленная вниз жесткая швартовная штанга (120а; 120'а, b; 650а, b), при этом швартовная штанга, соединенная с первым торцом сооружения, снабжена на свободном конце направляющей (124а; 654а) для удлиненного швартовного элемента (110а; 617а), который одним концом соединен со вторым торцом сооружения, а швартовная штанга, соединенная со вторым торцом конструкции, снабжена на ее свободном конце направляющей (124b; 654b) для удлиненного швартовного элемента (110b; 617b), который одним концом соединен с первым торцом сооружения.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждая швартовная штанга (120а; 120'а, b; 650а, b) присоединена к плавучему сооружению с возможностью поворота относительно оси (122а; 652а) вращения.
3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждая швартовная штанга (120а; 120'a, b; 650a, b) содержит телескопические элементы, обеспечивающие уменьшение и увеличение длины указанной швартовной штанги.
4. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждый соответствующий первый и второй удлиненный швартовный элемент (110а, b; 617а, b) присоединен к соответствующим местам соединения (130b,a; 630b, a) на втором и первом торцах конструкции.
5. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждая из направляющих (654а, b) для удлиненных швартовных элементов (617а, b) выполнена в виде втулки, прикрепленной к соответствующей швартовной штанге с возможностью поворота относительно оси вращения.
6. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что удлиненный швартовный элемент (110а, b; 617а, b) взаимосвязан с указанными направляющими (124а; 654b) с возможностью скольжения относительно этих средств.
7. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что сооружение (620) поддерживается посредством множества плавучих элементов (610), установленных попарно предпочтительно на первом и втором торцах сооружения и выступающих за пределы сооружения.
8. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено связями (126, 660) натяжения, которые попарно соединяют свободный конец швартовной штанги с первым и вторым торцами соответствующего плавучего сооружения.
9. Устройство по пп.1, 7 и 8, отличающееся тем, что указанные пары связей натяжения соединяют свободные концы швартовных штанг с соответствующими плавучими элементами (610).
10. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит множество поддерживающих консолей (615), которые одним из концов присоединены к сооружению с возможностью поворота относительно оси вращения, а другой их конец прикреплен к соответствующим генераторам (752), предназначенным для выработки электроэнергии за счет энергии потоков воды.
11. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что каждый швартовный элемент снабжен упором (112а, b), установленным между соответствующими направляющими (124а, b; 654а, b) и точками крепления якорей на дне под электростанцией.
