Claims (16)
1. Способ получения прокаленного экструдата диоксида циркония, содержащего цирконий и один или более других элементов, выбранных из групп IB, IIB, IIIB, IVB, VB, VIB, VIIB и VIII периодической системы элементов или лантанидов и актинидов, включающий следующие стадии:
а. получение формующейся пасты путем смешения и пластицирования мелкодисперсного диоксида циркония и источника одного или более других элементов, выбранных из групп IB, IIB, IIIB, IVB, VB, VIB, VIIB и VIII периодической системы элементов или лантанидов и актинидов, с растворителем с получением смеси, имеющей содержание твердых веществ от 50 до 85 мас.%;
b. экструдирования формующейся пасты с образованием экструдата диоксида циркония, содержащего цирконий и один или более других элементов, выбранных из групп IB, IIB, IIIB, IVB, VB, VIB, VIIB и VIII периодической системы элементов или лантанидов и актинидов; и
с. сушки и прокаливания экструдата диоксида циркония, образованного на стадии b,
отличающийся тем, что мелкодисперсный диоксид циркония содержит не более 15 мас.% диоксида циркония, который является иным, чем моноклинный диоксид циркония.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором один или более других элементов выбраны из элементов группы VIII периодической системы элементов.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором один или более других элементов выбраны из кобальта, железа и никеля.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором один или более других элементов представляют собой кобальт.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором источник кобальта выбран из гидроксида кобальта, ацетата кобальта, нитрата кобальта, оксида кобальта и их смесей.
6. Способ по любому из пп.1-5, в котором мелкодисперсный диоксид циркония содержит не более 10 мас.% диоксида циркония, который является иным, чем моноклинный диоксид циркония.
7. Прокаленный экструдат диоксида циркония, полученный способом по любому из пп.1-6.
8. Прокаленный экструдат диоксида циркония/кобальта, полученный способом по любому из пп.4-6.
9. Способ получения прокаленного экструдата диоксида циркония, содержащего цирконий, который пропитан одним или более элементов, выбранных из групп IB, IIB, IIIB, IVB, VB, VIB, VIIB и VIII периодической системы элементов или лантанидов и актинидов, который включает следующие стадии:
а. получение формующейся пасты путем смешения и пластицирования мелкодисперсного диоксида циркония с растворителем с получением смеси, имеющей общее содержание твердых веществ от 50 до 85 мас.%;
b. экструдирования формующейся пасты с образованием экструдата диоксида циркония;
с. пропитки экструдата диоксида циркония соединением одного или более других элементов, выбранных из групп IB, IIB, IIIB, IVB, VB, VIB, VIIB и VIII периодической системы элементов или лантанидов и актинидов, в присутствии жидкости с образованием экструдата диоксида циркония, пропитанного одним или более других элементов, выбранных из групп IB, IIB, IIIB, IVB, VB, VIB, VIIB и VIII периодической системы элементов или лантанидов и актинидов; и
d. сушки и прокаливания экструдата диоксида циркония, образованного на стадии с,
отличающийся тем, что мелкодисперсный диоксид циркония содержит не более 15 мас.% диоксида циркония, который является иным, чем моноклинный диоксид циркония.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором один или более других элементов выбраны из элементов группы VIII периодической системы элементов.
11. Способ по п.9 или 10, в котором один или более других элементов выбраны из кобальта, железа и никеля.
12. Способ по п.11, в котором один или более других элементов представляют собой кобальт.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором жидкий предшественник кобальта выбран из водного раствора соли кобальта, выбранной из нитрата кобальта, ацетата кобальта, гидроксида кобальта и их смесей.
14. Прокаленный экструдат диоксида циркония, полученный способом по любому из пп.9-13.
15. Прокаленный экструдат диоксида циркония, пропитанный кобальтом, полученный способом по п.12 или 13.
16. Способ получения высших олефинов, имеющих от 11 до 14 углеродных атомов, включающий взаимодействие водорода и монооксида углерода в условиях реакции Фишера-Тропша в присутствии в качестве катализатора прокаленного экструдата диоксида циркония/кобальта по п.8 или прокаленного экструдата диоксида циркония, пропитанного кобальтом, по п.15.
