Claims (17)
1. Способ производства бумаги, включающий прибавление к бумажной массе эффективного количества для уменьшения отложения белой смолы по меньшей мере одного катионоактивного полимерного коагулянта или неорганического коагулянта с последующим прибавлением материала, состоящего из микрочастиц, где бумажная масса содержит целлюлозу, полученную, по крайней мере частично, из переработанных бумажных продуктов.
2. Способ по п.1, где материал на основе микрочастиц выбирают из группы, состоящей из набухаемой глины, сетчатого полимера, коллоидного кремния, боросиликата или суспензии анионного материала, состоящего из микрочастиц, выбранного из бентонита, коллоидного кремния, полисиликатного микрогеля, микрогеля поликремневой кислоты и сетчатых микроэмульсий водорастворимого мономерного вещества и их смесей.
3. Способ по п.2, где материал, содержащий микрочастицы, является анионным материалом.
4. Способ по п.2 или 3, где материал, содержащий микрочастицы, является набухаемой глиной из семейства смектитов.
5. Способ по п.2, где материал, содержащий микрочастицы, является минералом, состоящим, по существу, из бентонита, монтмориллонита, сапонита, гекторита, бейдилита, нонтронита, фуллеровой земли и их смесей.
6. Способ по п.1, где материал, содержащий микрочастицы, является минералом, состоящим главным образом из бентонита.
7. Способ по п.1, где катионный полимерный коагулянт является гомополимером, содержащим повторяющиеся катионные группы, или сополимером по меньшей мере 80 мас.% катионного мономера и 0-20 мас.% акриламида или другого неионного мономера.
8. Способ по п.7, где катионные группы получают из диаллилдиметиламмонийхлорида и диалкиламиноалкил(мет)акрилатов и акриламидов или их четвертичных аммониевых солей.
9. Способ по п.8, где катионные группы являются четвертичной аммониевой солью диметиламиноэтилакрилата или метакрилата.
10. Способ по п.1, где коагулянтом является полимер дициандиамида, полиамин или полиэтиленимин.
11. Способ по п.1, где коагулянт выбирают из группы, состоящей из квасцов, извести, хлорида железа(III), полиалюминийхлорида, сульфата железа(II) и их смесей.
12. Способ по п.1, где коагулянтом является полиалкиленполиамин, полученный взаимодействием алкиленполиамина с дифункциональным алкилгалоидом.
13. Способ по п.1, где коагулянт является катионным полиэлектролитом, т.е. поли[диаллил-ди(водород или (низш.)алкил)]аммониевой солью, значение средней молекулярной массы более чем 300000, но менее чем 2000000.
14. Способ по п.13, где материал, состоящий из микрочастиц, является минералом, состоящим главным образом из бентонита.
15. Бумажный продукт, произведенный согласно способу по любому из пп.1-5 или 7-13.
16. Бумажный продукт, произведенный согласно способу по п.6.
17. Бумажный продукт, произведенный согласно способу по п.14.
