Claims (13)
1. Фильтрующий блок, в частности, для использования в составе фильтра (1) для частиц выхлопных газов двигателя внутреннего сгорания автомобиля, состоящий из множества фильтрующих элементов (11a-11i), скрепленных с помощью, по меньшей мере, одного шва (12), выполненного между указанными фильтрующими элементами (11a-11i) таким образом, чтобы противодействовать прохождению выхлопных газов между фильтрующими элементами (11a-11i), отличающийся тем, что шов (12) имеет ряд участков (12а-12е) шва, причем, по меньшей мере, два из указанных участков (12а, 12b; 12с, 12d) шва выполнены из материалов, различающихся по их составу, и/или по их структуре, и/или по их толщине, и/или, по меньшей мере, на одном из указанных участков (12е) шва выполнена прорезь (14).
2. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 1, отличающийся тем, что указанные материалы участков (12а, 12b) шва имеют модули Юнга, различающиеся на величину, превышающую или равную 10%.
3. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 1, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере, один из участков шва обладает свойствами анизотропной упругости.
4. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 3, отличающийся тем, что участок шва выполнен из ткани из диоксида кремния, пропитанной цементирующим веществом.
5. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 1, отличающийся тем, что толщины, по меньшей мере, двух из участков (12с, 12d) шва имеют соотношение, по меньшей мере, два к одному.
6. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 1, отличающийся тем, что прорезь (14) выходит на один из торцов фильтрующего блока (3), через которые выхлопные газы поступают в фильтрующий блок (3) или выходят из него.
7. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 6, отличающийся тем, что прорезь (14) выходит на торцевую сторону (9) указанного фильтрующего блока (3), через которую выхлопные газы выходят из фильтрующего блока (3).
8. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 1, отличающийся тем, что прорезь (14) сформирована в плоскости (Р), по существу, параллельной сторонам фильтрующих элементов (11b, 11i), скрепленных участком (12е) шва.
9. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 1, отличающийся тем, что длина L’ прорези (14) составляет от 0,1 до 0,9 общей длины L фильтрующего блока (3).
10. Фильтрующий блок по любому из пунктов 1-9, отличающийся тем, что прорезь (14) расположена на границе с одной из сторон фильтрующих элементов (11i).
11. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 9, отличающийся тем, что прорезь (14) заполнена, по меньшей мере, частично, наполнительным материалом, который не прилипает ни к фильтрующему элементу (11i), ни к цементирующему веществу указанного участка (12е) шва, на котором она выполнена.
12. Фильтрующий блок по пункту 11, отличающийся тем, что в качестве наполнительного материала использован нитрид бора или диоксид кремния.
13. Фильтр для частиц, предназначенный, в частности, для фильтрации выхлопных газов двигателя внутреннего сгорания автомобиля и имеющий оболочку (5) и фильтрующий блок (3), выполненный путем скрепления множества фильтрующих элементов (11a-11i) с помощью шва (12), отличающийся тем, что фильтрующий блок (3) выполнен в соответствии с любым из пунктов 1-12.
