Способ тушения мощных локальных пожаров на больших емкостях с горючим веществом, на лесоскладах, на крупных деревянных конструкциях, в лесах с большими деревьями, отличающийся тем, что на бушующее пламя обрушивают со сверхзвуковой скоростью ударной волной пожароподавляющую, обволакивающе-взрывающуюся смесь при взрыве пожароуничтожающей бомбы.1.
