Claims (16)
1. Таблетка, включающая ядро, которая, по меньшей мере, частично покрыта наружным слоем, полученным электростатическим осаждением порошка и последующим расплавлением осажденного порошка с образованием пленки, отличающаяся тем, что поверхность таблетки, покрытой указанным наружным слоем, контурируется с образованием более высоких участков или более низких участков; наружный слой на указанных более низких участках отличается по цвету от наружного слоя на указанных более высоких участках.
2. Таблетка по п.1 в форме фармацевтической стандартной дозы.
3. Таблетка по п.1 или 2, в которой глубина между более высокими и более низкими участками составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,4 мм.
4. Таблетка по п.1 или 2, в которой граница между более высокими и более низкими участками является вертикальной или практически вертикальной.
5. Таблетка по п.1 или 2, в которой контурированная поверхность обозначает узор, букву, цифру, слово, логотип или любое их сочетание.
6. Способ нанесения покрытия на поверхность таблетки с целью создания на ней цветной маркировки, при котором поверхность таблетки контурируется с образованием более высоких участков или более низких участков; способ включает электростатическое осаждение двух различно окрашенных частиц на поверхность; причем частицы одного цвета имеют заряд и/или размеры, отличающиеся от данных параметров частиц другого цвета, в результате чего частицы, имеющие более высокий заряд, или частицы, имеющие больший размер, преимущественно осаждаются в виде наружного слоя на более низких участках; и расплавление осажденных частиц для образования слоя, имеющего на более низких участках цвет, отличающийся от цвета на более высоких участках.
7. Способ по п.6 в форме фармацевтической стандартной дозы.
8. Способ по п.6 или 7, при котором глубина между более высокими и более низкими участками составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,4 мм.
9. Способ по п.6 или 7, при котором граница между более высокими и более низкими участками является вертикальной или практически вертикальной.
10. Способ по п.6 или 7, при котором контурированная поверхность обозначает узор, букву, цифру, слово, логотип или любое их сочетание.
11. Способ по п.6, при котором средний размер частиц у частиц одного цвета отличается от среднего размера частиц у частиц другого цвета, по меньшей мере, на 6 мкм.
12. Способ по п.11, при котором средний размер частиц у частиц одного цвета отличается от среднего размера частиц у частиц другого цвета, по меньшей мере, на 12 мкм.
13. Способ по п.6, при котором разница величин зарядов между частицами одного цвета и частицами другого цвета составляет, по меньшей мере, 15 микрокулон на грамм.
14. Способ по п.13, при котором разница величин зарядов между частицами одного цвета и частицами другого цвета составляет, по меньшей мере, 25 микрокулон на грамм.
15. Способ по п.6, при котором проявительное поле во время электростатического осаждения имеет АС компонент.
16. Способ по п.15, при котором проявительное поле имеет диапазон от 1 до 7 кВ, а частота - диапазон от 500 до 4000 Гц.
