Claims (6)
1. Способ получения гомополимеров этилена с плотностью от 920 до 935 кг/м3 и индексом текучести расплава согласно ДИН 53735 (190°С/2,16 кг) от 30 до 50 г/10 мин в трубчатом реакторе с двумя или несколькими зонами полимеризации при температурах от 160°С до 350°С и давлении в области от 500 до 5000 бар при применении кислорода в качестве инициатора, который включает применение в качестве регулятора молекулярной массы одного или нескольких алифатических кетонов формулы I,
где R1, который может иметь различные значения, является алкилом с 1-6 атомами углерода или циклоалкилом с 3-12 атомами углерода.
2. Способ по п.1, где регулятором молекулярной массы является метилэтилкетон.
3. Гомополимер этилена с плотностью от 920 до 935 кг/м3 и индексом текучести расплава согласно ДИН 53735 (190°С/2,16 кг) от 30 до 50 г/10 мин, получаемый способом по п.п.1 или 2.
4. Применение гомополимера этилена по п.3 для производства путем формования литьем под давлением изделий, используемых в области косметики, медицины и для пищевых продуктов.
5. Применение гомополимера этилена по п.3 для производства путем формования литьем под давлением изделий, выбираемых из группы, включающей вспомогательные приспособления для слива, приварные запорные устройства, наружные упаковки с встроенным затвором, крышки для комбинированных упаковок или тампаксные тубовые аппликаторы.
6. Полученное путем формования литьем под давлением изделие, применяемое в области косметики, медицины или для пищевых продуктов, включающее гомополимеры этилена по п.3.
