Claims (13)

1. Способ охлаждения сжиженного под давлением природного газа (1), содержащего метан и углеводороды с С2 и выше, содержащий первый этап (I), во время которого указанный сжиженный под давлением природный газ (1) расширяют (Ia) для получения потока расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2), во время которого указанный расширенный сжиженный природный газ (2) разделяют (Ib) на первую относительно более летучую головную фракцию (3) и на первую относительно менее летучую хвостовую фракцию (4), во время которого собирают (Ic) первую хвостовую фракцию (4), содержащую охлажденный сжиженный природный газ, во время которого (Id) первую головную фракцию (3) нагревают, сжимают в первом компрессоре (К1) и охлаждают для получения первой сжатой фракции (5) горючего газа, которую собирают, во время которого из первой сжатой фракции (5) извлекают (Ie) вторую сжатую фракцию (6), которую затем охлаждают и смешивают с потоком расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2), отличающийся тем, что содержит второй этап (II), во время которого вторую сжатую фракцию (6) сжимают (IIa) во втором компрессоре (ХК1), соединенном с расширительной турбиной (Х1), для получения третьей сжатой фракции (7), во время которого (IIb) третью сжатую фракцию (7) охлаждают, после чего разделяют на четвертую сжатую фракцию (8) и на пятую сжатую фракцию (9), во время которого (IIс) четвертую сжатую фракцию (8) охлаждают и расширяют в расширительной турбине (Х1), соединенной со вторым компрессором (ХК1), для получения расширенной фракции (10), которую нагревают, а затем вводят в первую ступень среднего давления (11) компрессора (К1), и во время которого (IId) пятую сжатую фракцию (9) охлаждают, затем смешивают с потоком расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2).
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что поток расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2) перед этапом (Ib) разделяют на вторую головную фракцию (12) и на вторую хвостовую фракцию (13) и тем, что вторую головную фракцию (12) нагревают, а затем вводят в первый компрессор (К1) во вторую ступень среднего давления (14), промежуточную между первой ступенью среднего давления (11) и ступенью низкого давления (15), и тем, что вторую хвостовую фракцию (13) разделяют на первую головную фракцию (3) и на первую хвостовую фракцию (4).
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что после каждого этапа сжатия следует этап охлаждения.
4. Охлажденный сжиженный природный газ (4), полученный при помощи способа по любому из предыдущих пунктов.
5. Горючий газ (5), полученный при помощи способа по любому из пп.1-3.
6. Установка для охлаждения сжиженного под давлением природного газа (1), содержащего метан и углеводороды с С2 и выше, содержащая средства для осуществления первого этапа (I), во время которого указанный сжиженный под давлением природный газ (1) расширяют (Ia) для получения потока расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2), во время которого указанный расширенный сжиженный природный газ (2) разделяют (Ib) на первую относительно более летучую головную фракцию (3) и на первую относительно менее летучую хвостовую фракцию (4), во время которого собирают (Ic) первую хвостовую фракцию (4), содержащую охлажденный сжиженный природный газ, во время которого (Id) первую головную фракцию (3) нагревают, сжимают в первом компрессоре (К1) и охлаждают для получения первой сжатой фракции (5) горючего газа, которую собирают, во время которого из первой сжатой фракции (5) извлекают (Ie) вторую сжатую фракцию (6), которую затем охлаждают и смешивают с потоком расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2), отличающаяся тем, что она содержит средства для осуществления второго этапа (II), во время которого вторую сжатую фракцию (6) сжимают (IIa) во втором компрессоре (ХК1), соединенном с расширительной турбиной (Х1), для получения третьей сжатой фракции (7), во время которого (IIb) третью сжатую фракцию (7) охлаждают, после чего разделяют на четвертую сжатую фракцию (8) и на пятую сжатую фракцию (9), во время которого (IIс) четвертую сжатую фракцию (8) охлаждают и расширяют в расширительной турбине (Х1), соединенной со вторым компрессором (ХК1), для получения расширенной фракции (10), которую нагревают, а затем вводят в первую ступень среднего давления (11) компрессора (К1), и во время которого (IId) пятую сжатую фракцию (9) охлаждают, затем смешивают с потоком расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2).
7. Установка по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что содержит средства для разделения потока расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2) перед этапом (Ib) на вторую головную фракцию (12) и на вторую хвостовую фракцию (13), тем, что содержит средства для нагрева и последующей подачи второй головной фракции (12) в первый компрессор (К1) во вторую ступень среднего давления (14), промежуточную между первой ступенью среднего давления (11) и ступенью низкого давления (15), и тем, что содержит средства для разделения второй хвостовой фракции (13) на первую головную фракцию (3) и на первую хвостовую фракцию (4).
8. Установка по п.6 или п.7, отличающаяся тем, что первая головная фракция (3) и первая хвостовая фракция (4) разделяются в первой сепараторной колбе (V1).
9. Установка по п.6 или 7, отличающаяся тем, что первая головная фракция (3) и первая хвостовая фракция (4) разделяются в дистилляционной колонне (С1).
10. Установка по любому из пп.6-9, отличающаяся тем, что поток расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2) разделяются на вторую головную фракцию (12) и на вторую хвостовую фракцию (13) во второй сепараторной колбе (V2).
11. Установка по п.9, отличающаяся тем, что дистилляционная колонна (С1) содержит, по меньшей мере, один боковой и/или донный ребойлер (16), тем, что жидкость, собираемая на тарелке (17) дистилляционной колонны (С1), циркулирующая в указанном ребойлере (16), нагревается в теплообменнике (Е2), затем опять поступает в дистилляционную колонну (С1) в нижнюю ступень указанной тарелки (17), и тем, что поток расширенного сжиженного природного газа (2) охлаждается в указанном теплообменнике (Е2).

13. Установка по любому из пп.6-12 в комбинации с п.7, отличающаяся тем, что вторая головная фракция (12) нагревается в первом теплообменнике (Е1).
