Claims (10)
1. Способ оценки качества тестирующей полоски, заключающийся в том, что осуществляют предоставление тестирующей полоски, содержащей реакционную зону анализа, реакционную зону первого контроля и реакционную зону второго контроля, получение результатов протромбинового времени для каждой реакционной зоны, сравнение результатов указанной первой контрольной зоны с квалификационными критериями первого контроля, а результатов второй контрольной зоны с квалификационными критериями второго контроля, в котором квалификационные критерии первого контроля имеют верхний предел и нижний предел, причем указанный верхний предел по меньшей мере частично зависит от результатов протромбинового времени реакционной зоны анализа, и вывод пользователю сообщения, указывающего надежность тестирующей полоски.
2. Способ по п.1, в котором указанный верхний предел зависит от результатов протромбинового времени реакционной зоны анализа при значениях международного нормализованного соотношения около 2,0 или ниже.
3. Способ по п.1 или 2, в котором указанный верхний предел включает в себя линейную функцию, зависящую от результатов протромбинового времени реакционной зоны анализа.
4. Способ по п.3, в котором указанный верхний предел дополнительно включает в себя значение, не зависящее от результата протромбинового времени реакционной зоны анализа в случае результатов протромбинового времени реакционной зоны при значениях международного нормализованного соотношения около 2,0 или выше.
5. Способ по пп.1-3 или 4, в котором указанный нижний предел включает в себя значение, не зависящее от результата протромбинового времени реакционной зоны анализа.
6. Способ по пп.1-4 или 5, в котором результаты протромбинового времени, полученные для каждой реакционной зоны, выражены в значениях международного нормализованного соотношения.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором указанные квалификационные критерии второго контроля включают в себя верхний предел и нижний предел, при этом указанный верхний предел зависит от результатов протромбинового времени реакционной зоны анализа, указанный нижний предел имеет первый и второй отрезки, зависимые от результатов протромбинового времени реакционной зоны анализа, в котором указанный второй отрезок расширяется от указанного первого отрезка.
8. Устройство, запрограммированное для работы в соответствии со способом, выбранным из группы способов оценки качества тестирующей полоски по пп.1-7.
9. Устройство по п.8, дополнительно содержащее тестирующую полоску, имеющую реакционную зону анализа, реакционную зону первого контроля и реакционную зону второго контроля.
10. Считываемый компьютером носитель, реализующий программу для управления устройством для осуществления способа, выбранного из группы способов оценки качества тестирующей полоски по пп.1-7.
