Claims (15)

1. Нетканый материал, обладающий проницаемостью, находящейся в диапазоне от примерно 500 до примерно 1500 мкм2, и объемом пустот, превышающим 25 см3/г, причем материал включает первое биологически разлагающееся связывающее волокно, которое не подвергается значительной термической усадке, и второе биологически разлагающееся волокно, обладающее высокой прочностью на разрыв.
2. Нетканый материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первое волокно представляет собой многокомпонентное волокно, включающее полимолочную кислоту (ПМК).
3. Нетканый материал по п.2, отличающийся тем, что многокомпонентное волокно включает компонент, находящийся на поверхности, и компонент, не находящийся на поверхности, и компонент, находящийся на поверхности, обладает температурой плавления, которая не менее чем примерно на 10°С, ниже температуры плавления компонента, не находящегося на поверхности.
4. Нетканый материал по п.3, отличающийся тем, что компонент, находящийся на поверхности, представляет собой L,D-полилактид (LD-ПМК) или сополимер лактида с капролактоном.
5. Нетканый материал по п.3, отличающийся тем, что компонент, находящийся на поверхности, представляет собой L,D-полилактид (LD-ПМК), компонент, не находящийся на поверхности, представляет собой полилактид и компонент, находящийся на поверхности, обладает меньшим значением отношения L:D, чем компонент, не находящийся на поверхности.
6. Нетканый материал по п.2, отличающийся тем, что первое волокно представляет собой двухкомпонентное волокно с сердечником.
7. Нетканый материал по п.6, отличающийся тем, что оболочка представляет собой 95:5L:D полилактид или сополимер лактида с капролактоном, а сердечник представляет собой 100% L-полилактид.
8. Нетканый материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что первое волокно испытывает усадку при температуре, равной примерно 70°С, которая составляет менее примерно 10%.
9. Нетканый материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что второе волокно представляет собой волокно из регенерированной целлюлозы, обладающее высокой прочностью на разрыв.
10. Нетканый материал по п.9, отличающийся тем, что второе волокно представляет собой Lyocell.
11. Нетканый материал по п.1, обладающий краевым углом, равным менее 80°, и отличающийся тем, что этот краевой угол обусловлен характерными свойствами волокон.
12. Нетканый материал по п.1, включающий от примерно 40 до 95% первого волокна и от примерно 60 до 5% второго волокна.
13. Нетканый материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что материал изготавливается по способу получения нетканого материала из кардного прочеса с использованием связывания путем продувки воздуха.
14. Впитывающее изделие, включающее распределяющий слой, изготовленный из нетканого материала по п.1.
15. Впитывающее изделие по п.14, включающее влагопроницаемый верхний слой, изнаночный слой, присоединенный к влагопроницаемому верхнему слою, впитывающую структуру, расположенную между влагопроницаемым верхним слоем и изнаночным слоем, в котором распределяющий слой располагается между верхним слоем и впитывающей структурой.
