Способ коррекции формы верхней губы, включающий выполнение на внутренней поверхности слизистой оболочки губы двух боковых разрезов, расположенных выше и параллельно углам рта, формирование через полученные разрезы тоннеля, введение в последний заранее подготовленного кожного трансплантата необходимой формы и фиксацию его к слизистой оболочке губы, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно сверху и снизу от трансплантата выполняют 2-3 пары разрезов слизистой длиной 0,1-0,3 см, через которые проводят нити из рассасывающегося материала с захватом части круговой мышцы рта, подтягивают их кверху до выворота красной каймы наружу и завязывают, а в качестве трансплантата используют кожно-жировой лоскут оперируемого пациента.1.
