Декоративная утепляющая панель, выполненная в виде жесткой конструкции из облицовочного и теплоизоляционного слоев и крепежного элемента и дополнительно содержащая горизонтальный опорный элемент, отличающаяся тем, что панель дополнительно содержит вертикальный опорный элемент и прокладочные шайбы, облицовочный слой выполнен в виде слоя тонкой штукатурки из арматурной сетки, штукатурного и декоративного финишного слоев, а крепежный элемент выполнен в виде прямоугольного металлического каркаса со стенками из неравнобокого уголка, горизонтальные большие полки которого с выполненными на них зацепами левой и нижней стенок каркаса обращены внутрь каркаса, а горизонтальные большие полки уголка с выполненными на них крепежными карманами и отверстиями правой и верхней стенок каркаса обращены наружу, при этом на всех малых вертикальных полках уголков стенок каркаса выполнены крепежные отверстия, при этом металлический каркас снабжен дном из полиэтиленовой пленки и короба из огнестойкого материала, внутри которого размещены теплоизоляционный и облицовочные слои, а горизонтальный и вертикальный опорные элементы выполнены с крепежными карманами и отверстиями, аналогичными карманам и отверстиям в верхней и правой стенках каркаса.1. Способ крепления декоративной утепляющей панели, включающий установку опорного горизонтального элемента с закреплением на нем нижней грани панели нижнего ряда и закрепление верхней грани к несущей конструкции, установку панели верхнего вышестоящего ряда за счет сцепления нижней грани верхней панели с верхней гранью уже установленной ранее нижней панели и закреплением верхней грани к несущей конструкции, выполнение вентиляционных каналов и заделку стыков, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно устанавливают в левой части здания вертикальный опорный элемент с закреплением на нем и горизонтальном опорном элементе первой панели нижнего ряда путем размещения зацепов панели в карманах опорных элементов и дополнительным закреплением правой грани к несущей конструкции, а монтаж следующих панелей осуществляют вправо и вверх путем размещения зацепов последующей устанавливаемой панели в карманах установленной ранее панели с образованием плотного стыка между ними и дополнительным закреплением правой грани устанавливаемой панели к несущей конструкции, при этом, крепление панелей к несущей конструкции осуществляют с одновременным получением вентиляционных каналов за счет установки прокладочных шайб между панелью и поверхностью несущей конструкции, а заделку стыков осуществляют путем нанесения мастики на поверхности стыковочных граней и перемещением зацепов в карманах стыкуемых панелей до плотного, без зазора, их соединения.2.
