2. Description of the Related Art Generally, in an industrialized house, a unit room in which each room is partitioned by a partition panel to form a kitchen, a toilet, etc. is assembled in advance in a factory, and a ceiling portion is provided above each room defined by wall panels. It is transported to the construction site in the assembled state and installed at a predetermined place on the site.

However, in the above-described conventional ceiling mounting method, the worker attaches the suspension beam 102 to the floor panel 110 and attaches the suspension beam 102 to the floor panel 110 with the worker entering each room and facing upward. Fixing hanging tree 104 hanging, hanging grid-like field edge 106 on hanging tree 104, field edge 10
Since the plaster board 108 must be attached to the No. 6 by a large number of man-hours, the work is complicated, and a large number of workers need a long time for the work.

Therefore, the ceiling portion of such a unit room is made into a panel (hereinafter referred to as "ceiling panel"), and the ceiling portion is made up only by fitting this one ceiling panel into the entire ceiling portion of the unit room. It is desirable to save labor in the ceiling assembly work. For example, in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of stud members 214 are assembled and fixed inside the runner members 212 of both frames to form a frame body 210, and a ceiling finishing material 220 is attached to the lower side of the frame body 210 to fix the ceiling panel 200. Form. The ceiling panel 200 is attached to the ceiling portion 30 of the unit room 300.
It is possible to consider a method in which it is fitted in the second member 2 and is mounted and fixed on the square-shaped receiving member 304 provided on the ceiling portion 302.

On the other hand, the width of the ceiling panel 200 is set to the distance between the receiving members 304, 304, and the hook 2 for hooking on the receiving member 304 is shown by the chain double-dashed line in the figure.
It is conceivable to project 16 on the outside of the runner material 212 and to widen both widths of the ceiling finishing material 220 as shown by the chain double-dashed line so that the lower surface of the receiving material 304 can be hidden by the ceiling finishing material 220. .

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a pair of runner members having flange portions projecting from the rear surface and juxtaposed to face each other, and both ends of the pair of runner members. A metal frame body formed of a plurality of square pipe-shaped stud members arranged at predetermined intervals in the length direction of the runner material, and leaving a gap along the length direction in the vicinity of the runner material. Attached to the lower side of the stud member to cover the central portion of the lower surface of the frame body.
Cormorants and ceiling coverings, to form a ceiling panel having, this is fitted to the ceiling panels in the ceiling portion of the unit room, receiving member the flange portion of said runner member protrudes into the room side attached to the position of said ceiling portion The lower surface of the runner material and the lower surface of the receiving material to be flush with each other, and then a ceiling finishing material separate from the ceiling finishing material is spread over the lower side of the void and the lower surface of the receiving material. And the bottom surface of the receiving member is covered with the separate ceiling finishing material.

In the present invention having the above-described structure, only the flange portion projects to the back side of the runner material, so that members other than the flange portion do not interfere with the receiving material. Therefore, when the ceiling panel is lowered onto the ceiling portion, the ceiling panel is securely fitted into the ceiling portion, the flange portion is received by the receiving member, and the ceiling panel is arranged at the ceiling portion position.

In this state, since the lower surface of the runner material and the lower surface of the receiving material of the ceiling panel are flush with each other, the separate ceiling finishing material is horizontally spread across the gaps on both sides of the ceiling panel and the lower surface of the receiving material. Can be installed. As a result, the void and the lower surface of the receiving member are completely hidden from the lower side by the separate ceiling finishing material, and a good-looking ceiling can be obtained.

Since the end portion 13a is only sandwiched from above and below by the elasticity with c, if the runner material 12 is tapped from the inside toward the receiving material 40 with a mallet 60 or the like, the hit part of the runner material 12 is received. It moves in the direction of the material 40. Therefore, by hitting the runner material 12 with a mallet 60 or the like to move the back surface 12e of the runner material 12 into close contact with the entire surface 42 of the receiving material 40, the mounting can be surely performed, and the clearance B disappears and there is no clearance. A good ceiling structure can be obtained.

Then, the separate gypsum board 30 is attached to the lower side of the space of the ceiling panel 10. Gypsum board 30
Is set to be approximately equal to the width N of the space A and the lower surface 41 of the receiving member 42, and a female bar 32 to be fitted to the male bar 18 of the gypsum board 17 is fixed to the indoor side edge of the upper surface thereof. And the crosspiece 3 which is brought into contact with the receiving member 40 on the side edge of the receiving member 40.

To mount the gypsum board 30, lift the gypsum board 30 to the lower side of the position of the void A of the ceiling panel 10,
The female bar 32 of the gypsum board 30 is fitted to the male bar 18 of the attached gypsum board 17, and the square bar 34 is received as the receiving member 4.
This is performed by abutting the lower surface 41 of No. 0 and fixing the portion of the square bar 34 to the receiving member 40 with a screw (not shown).
As a result, the void A of the ceiling panel 10 and the lower surface 41 of the receiving member 40 are hidden without a gap, and a good-looking ceiling is formed.
