組立作業を簡易化した天井パネルに関する。

事である。そこで、本考案は上記の欠点を解決し
た天井パネルを提案することを目的とする。

ものとし、建築現場では、この天井パネルに縁材
をつけ縦、横に継ぎ足しながら上階の床スラブか
ら垂れ下つている吊りボルトに引掛けて天井面を
簡易、迅速に施工するという発想の下になされた
ものである。

生じないように設けられる。縁材2は天井仕上材
1の嵌合凹部3とその上側の凹部4は互に逆向き
になるように形成されている。

補強板を具備しているから、建築現場において前
記天井パネル補強板を上階の床スラブから吊下げ
てある吊りボルトに引掛け金具等で係止すれば天
井面の一区画が形成される。このようにして天井
仕上材を縦横に次々と取付けていくことで従来の
ような予め建物躯体の方に作成してある下地材に
天井仕上材を固着していくものに比べて天井面を
比較的楽な組立作業で容易迅速に施工することが
できる。また、天井パネル補強板により天井仕上
材の強度が著しく向上し大形天井パネルの製作が
可能となるとともに、前記補強板を利用してこれ
に各種設備器具が容易に取付けられるものであ
る。
