2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a system ceiling is used in which a ceiling panel and equipment such as lighting equipment are incorporated on the same ceiling surface. Therefore, in a conventional structure, a lighting device is supported by facing ceiling bars of a plurality of ceiling bars arranged in parallel, and a ceiling panel is supported between at least one side edge of the lighting device and an upper edge of the facing ceiling bar. Things (Japanese Patent Publication Sho 52-1

However, the former, namely Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-16333 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-
In the technology described in Japanese Patent No. 1382, since the installation (locking) mode of the equipment such as lighting equipment and the ceiling panel is different, the compatibility between the ceiling panel and the equipment is poor, and the equipment is adjacent when moving the equipment. It is necessary to remove the ceiling panel. Therefore, in the case where the equipment is installed in a line,
The equipment line could not be moved. On the other hand, in the latter, that is, the technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-33959, the ceiling member for facility equipment and the ceiling member for partition (ceiling panel) are formed in the same shape and mounted on the ceiling grid. Because of the structure, compatibility between the ceiling panel and the equipment can be obtained compared to the former, but since the ceiling member is placed on the ceiling grid from above, in order to perform maintenance of the equipment,
There is also a problem in that a separate ceiling inspection port must be provided, and the ceiling grid is exposed between all ceiling members, resulting in a loss of aesthetics.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and makes the ceiling panel and equipment compatible with each other.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a system ceiling that can be attached and detached from the indoor side and that can improve the appearance of the ceiling surface.

As shown in FIG. 3, the ceiling panel 10 has a rectangular steel surface plate 13 having a large number of small holes 11 on the surface thereof and a standing wall 12 on four sides, and the surface plate 13. And a heat insulating / sound absorbing material 14 such as glass wool, which is laid on the back side of the. In this case, the front plate 1
As shown in FIG. 9, 3 bends the outward flange 15 horizontally from the upper end of the edge side standing wall 12 at one end in the longitudinal direction, and horizontally inwards from the upper end of the standing wall 12 at the other end. The flange 16 is bent, and a positioning slit 17 is provided at an intermediate position between the outward flange 15 and the inward flange 16, and locking slits 18 are provided at both side positions thereof.
Is provided. An outwardly inclined piece 15a that inclines outward is bent at the tip of the outward flange 15, and an inwardly inclined piece 16a that inclines inward is bent at the tip of the inward flange 16. Further, inward horizontal pieces 19 are bent from the upper ends of the long side standing walls 12 in the lateral direction of the surface plate 13. Further, as shown by a chain double-dashed line in FIG. 9, a packing 10a having a rectangular cross section, which is a joint member, is attached to the standing walls 12 on two adjacent sides of the surface plate 13 in an L shape.

In the ceiling panel 10 having the surface plate 13 constructed as described above, after the inward flange 16 is locked to the locking upright piece 7d of one of the lower horizontal pieces 7e of the ceiling bar 7 facing each other, The ceiling bars 7, 7 facing each other by locking the outward flange 15 so as to overlap the inward flange 16 of the adjacent ceiling panel 10 locked to the locking upright piece 7d of the other lower horizontal piece 7e. It is installed between.
At this time, the joint piece 40 that engages with the concave portion of the vertical piece 7c of the ceiling bar 7 is engaged with the locking slits 18 of the outward flange 15 and the inward flange 16.
One joint piece 40 locks an intersection of four ceiling panels 10 adjacent to each other. Also, the outward flange 15
Further, the shift preventing member 55 fitted into the positioning slit 17 of the inward flange 16 is fixed to the ceiling bar 7 as described later, so that the horizontal displacement of the ceiling panel 10 is prevented. Therefore, the four ceiling panels 10
Are erected in a state where they are mutually regulated and positioned and prevented from slipping.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the shift preventing member 55 is made of a steel member having a substantially C-shaped cross section for holding the ceiling bar 7, and the upper horizontal piece 55a is provided at the center thereof. A screw hole 55b for the fixing screw 56 is provided, and a holding claw 55d that engages with the hanging piece 7a of the ceiling bar 7 is bent at the lower end of the upper hanging piece 55c. The slip prevention member 55 is
After the ceiling panel 10 is erected, the positioning slit 17 for the ceiling panel 10 is pressed against the heat insulating / sound absorbing material 14.
, And in this state, the fixing screw 56 screwed into the screw hole 55b from above is fixed to an arbitrary position of the ceiling bar 7 by pressing the upper surface of the upper horizontal piece 7b of the ceiling bar 7. Therefore, the shift preventing member 55 can prevent the ceiling panel 10 from rattling in the horizontal direction (widthwise direction) (see FIGS. 2 and 3). In addition, the slip prevention member 55 is slidably attached to the ceiling bar 7 in advance,
It is also possible to engage with the positioning slit 17 of the ceiling panel.

In this case, a lower horizontal piece 27a projects from the outer periphery of the louver 26 to the outside of the equipment housing 20, and the tip of the lower horizontal piece 27a faces the standing wall 12 of the ceiling panel 10. The peripheral wall 27b is bent, and the upper horizontal piece 27c is bent from the upper end of the peripheral wall 27b toward the equipment housing 20 side (see FIGS. 4 to 6). Here, the case where the peripheral wall 27b is formed on a part of the louver 26 has been described, but the peripheral wall 27b does not necessarily have to be provided on the louver 26, and may be formed separately or integrally on the lower side of the outer wall 20b of the equipment housing 20. By thus providing the peripheral wall 27b facing the standing wall 12 of the ceiling panel 10 on the outer peripheral surface of the lower portion of the equipment housing 20, the equipment housing 20 previously attached when the ceiling panel 10 is attached. The standing wall 12 of the ceiling panel 10 can be brought into contact with the peripheral wall 27b to be aligned.
In addition, since the peripheral wall 27b and the standing wall 12 can be in contact with each other via the packing 10a after the mounting, the equipment housing 20 and the lower surface of the ceiling panel 10 can be aligned and arranged on the same plane, and the ceiling can be arranged. It is possible to improve the appearance of the finished surface.

When the equipment casing 20 is erected, as shown in FIG. 13, for example, in the same manner as when the ceiling panel 10 is erected, the equipment casing 20 is lifted and slanted at the side of the engagement metal fitting 29. After the body 20 is inserted into the panel mounting space 8 (FIG. 13 (a)), the engaging metal fitting 28 side is lifted and moved onto the upper horizontal piece 7b of the ceiling bar 7 (FIG. 13 (b)). The tool 28 is dropped and placed on the upper horizontal piece 7b (FIG. 13C). Here, the case where the equipment housing 20 is mounted adjacent to the ceiling panel 10 has been described, but the assembly procedure when the equipment housings 20 and 20 are mounted adjacent to each other is similar. However, when the equipment casings 20, 20 are adjacent to each other, as described above, the adjacent equipment casings 20
If the engaging metal fittings 28 and 29 are formed in a concavo-convex shape that engages with each other on the same plane, the equipment housings 20 and 20 can be arranged on the same plane.
