Claims (13)
1. Катализатор получения углеводородов и/или их кислородсодержащих производных из синтез-газа, содержащий не менее 0,4 г/см3 совокупности фаз, представляющей собой фазу каталитически активного металла, закрепленную на фазе подложки оксидной природы, оказывающей значительное влияние на дисперсность фазы активного металла или другие ее физико-химические свойства, при этом тело катализатора имеет проницаемость не менее 5·10-15 м2.
2. Катализатор по п.1, в котором в качестве каталитически активного металла используют один из металлов VIII группы или интерметаллическое соединение с их содержанием.
3. Катализатор по пп.1 и 2, в котором содержание фазы каталитически активного металла в совокупности фаз составляет не менее 5 мас.%.
4. Катализатор по пп.1-3, в котором объем пор с размером менее 70 мкм составляет не менее 90% от общего объема пор тела катализатора.
5. Катализатор по пп.1-4, в котором в его состав входит фаза инертного по отношению к синтез-газу металла и/или графитоподобная фаза.
6. Катализатор по п.5, в котором в качестве инертного по отношению к синтез-газу металла используют медь, и/или цинк, и/или алюминий, и/или их сплавы.
7. Катализатор по пп.1-6, в котором его тело имеет теплопроводность не менее 1 Вт м-1 К-1.
8. Катализатор по пп.1-7, в котором хотя бы часть объема его пор заполнена углеводородами и/или их кислородсодержащими производными в жидком или твердом агрегатном состоянии.
9. Способ получения углеводородов и/или их кислородсодержащих производных, включающий в качестве одной из стадий пропускание газового потока, содержащего синтез-газ, через одно или несколько тел концентрированного проницаемого катализатора по любому из пп.1-8.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором один из линейных размеров тел концентрированного проницаемого катализатора составляет не менее 20% от наименьшего линейного размера реактора.
11. Способ по пп.9-10, в котором тела концентрированного проницаемого катализатора полностью перекрывают газовый поток.
12. Способ по пп.9-11, в котором через тела концентрированного проницаемого катализатора спутно пропускаемому газовому потоку пропускают поток жидкой фазы, образующей с ним единый газо-жидкостный поток.
13. Способ по пп.9-12, в котором стадию пропускания газового либо газо-жидкостного потока через тела концентрированного проницаемого катализатора повторяют многократно.
