Claims (5)
1. Способ пиролиза метана, включающий предварительный нагрев газа, подачу нагретого газа в зону реакции, закалку продуктов реакции, отличающийся тем, что предварительный нагрев газа производят до 900-1000 К, а конверсию метана осуществляют в два этапа, на первом из которых газ нагревают до 1900-2100 К за время 1-2 мс, на втором этапе нагретую смесь продуктов первичного пиролиза выдерживают при давлении 2-5 МПа в адиабатическом режиме в течение 5-10 мс.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что пиролиз метана на первом этапе осуществляют путем компенсации энергетических потерь на его частичную конверсию, производя постоянный подвод энергии из вне.
3. Способ по пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что пиролиз метана на первом этапе осуществляют нагревом его в плазменной струе водорода.
4. Способ по пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что пиролиз метана на первом этапе осуществляют нагревом стенок реактора электротоком.
5. Способ по пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что пиролиз метана на первом этапе осуществляют методом индукционного нагрева реактора.
