Способ культивирования тест-организмов, применяемых при оценке качества продуктов живой и неживой природы, включающий выделение из внешней среды тест-организмов, например инфузорий, путем многократного пересева, помещение их в емкость с минеральным раствором, изготовленным по прописи Лозино-Лозинского с добавлением раствора пекарских дрожжей, отличающийся тем, что в течение суток через равные промежутки времени производят частичную замену питательной среды, так что обновляют полностью питательный раствор, поддерживающий жизнедеятельность тест-организмов, а рабочую культуру для биотоксикологических испытаний получают за счет частичного выделения культуры инфузорий в отдельный сосуд и увеличенного кормления пекарскими дрожжами.1.
