Передаточный механизм выполнен в виде двух двухступенчатых барабанов 9 и 10, расположенных со стороны набегающей и сбегающей ветвей т гового каната. Барабан 9, расположенный со стороны набегающей ветви т гового каната, ступенью меньшего диаметра соединен гибкой св зью 11 с блоком 7, а ступенью большего диаметра соединен гибкой св зью 12 со ступенью меньшего диаметра барабана 10, расположенного со стороны сбегающей ветви т гового каната.
