Description
The invention relates to poultry farming and can be primarily used to increase the embryonic and postembryonic viability of agricultural poultry.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the embryonic and postembryonic viability of a bird.
This goal is achieved by comprehensive pre-incubation irradiation and disinfection of eggs with radiation from a DNESG-500 lamp, wavelength 630-650 nm, average dose on the surface of eggs 23.1 erg, helium-neon laser LGN-104, wavelength 632.8 nm, density 50 mW / cm2.s, of a DRT-400 mercury-lamp lamp, wavelength 400/185 nm, average dose on the surface of its 20 mer / hr and BUV-15 bactericidal lamp, wavelength 254/800 nm, rated power on the surface of its 15 watts in exposures of 3 min.
Предынкубационна комплексна све- толазерна обработка и дезинфекци иц благотворно отражаетс на некоторые показатели общей, неспецифической резистент- ности полученного потомства (табп.1).The pre-incubation complex light treatment and disinfection of eggs is beneficial for some indicators of the general, non-specific resistance of the resulting offspring (tab. 1).
Лучшие результаты наблюдались у цыпл т , полученных из иц после комплексной обработки лучами лазера ЛГН-104, ламп ДРТ-400, ДНЕСГ-500 и БУВ-15.The best results were observed in chickens obtained from eggs after complex treatment with LGN-104 laser beams, DRT-400, DNESG-500 and BUV-15 lamps.
Similar data were recorded in the study of birds at the age of 30 days and before slaughter at 56 days.

Более высокие физиолого-биохимиче- ские показатели резистентности птицы в постнатальном онтогенезе, положительно коррелируют с результатами инкубации иц и жизнеспособности цыпл т, полученных из облученных эмбрионов (табл.2).Higher physiological and biochemical indicators of bird resistance in postnatal ontogenesis positively correlate with the results of egg incubation and viability of chickens obtained from irradiated embryos (Table 2).
Under the condition of laser laser treatment of eggs, there is a tendency to increase the hatchability of chickens and reduce the waste by the number of unfertilized eggs, blood rings, frozen embryos and suffocates, as well as cripples and non-viable, weak chickens. Higher rates were found when using pre-incubation eggs radiation of the LNG-104 laser, DRT-400, DNESG-500 and BUV-15 lamps when 9.4% more conditional chickens were obtained compared with the control, while the embryonic waste was lower. Higher rates of embryonic viability in birds of this group also affected postembryonic viability, when the safety of t-broiler chickens by 56 days of rearing was 96.3%, i.e. compared with the control by 8.2% more. As a result, the economic effect per 1000 chickens raised is 520 rubles.
Thus, the integrated use of helium-neon laser radiation
LNG-104, a mercury-quartz lamp DRT-400, a gas discharge lamp DNESG-500 and a bactericidal lamp BUV-15 for pre-incubation treatment of eggs, it is beneficial
отражаетс на показатели общей, неспецифической резистентности полученного потомства в постнатальном онтогенезе, повышает вывод кондиционных цыпл т на 9,4%, сохранность до конца выращивани reflects on indicators of general, nonspecific resistance of the obtained offspring in postnatal ontogenesis, increases the output of conditioned chickens by 9.4%, preservation until the end of the cultivation
8.2%, resulting in an economically effective 1,000 t-broiler chickens of 520 rubles.
