Abstract
The invention relates to the poultry industry, in particular to the incubation of eggs. The purpose of the invention is to improve the growth of the embryo and increase its viability. On the day of laying eggs for incubation, they are irradiated with a stream of monochromatic red light with a wavelength of 6328 A for 3-5 seconds, placing the radiators at a distance of 30-100 cm from the irradiated eggs. You can re-irradiate eggs on the third or seventh day of incubation. Under the influence of irradiation with monochromatic red light, the energy metabolism in tissues increases, the biosynthesis process increases, so that the number of better-developed embryos increases to 18.3% compared to control, the viability of chickens raised increases.
Description
The invention relates to the poultry industry, in particular to the incubation of eggs.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the growth of the embryo and increase its viability.
Example. Irradiation of incubation eggs is carried out with LG-75 lamps, with a capacity of 25 mW, emitting monochromatic red light with a wavelength of 6328 A from a distance of 100-50 cm in groups: once - before incubation on the day of laying eggs in the incubator, on the third day of incubation or the seventh day of embryo development; twice - before incubation and on the third day of incubation or before incubation and on the seventh day of incubation; three times - before incubation, on the third day of incubation and on the seventh day of embryo development. Irradiation duration 4 s. Incubation eggs calibrated by weight are placed in trays of 153 or 162 pcs. up with a blunt end. The tray is installed under a helium-neon quantum generator at a distance of 30 cm and by longitudinal displacement, all eggs are irradiated.
табл.).Under the influence of irradiation, the number of better developed embryos increases to 18.3%, while the viability of the hatched chickens increases and their further development improves. The biochemical indices of the tissues of the liver and muscles change (see table).
The invention can be used for breeding and improving the quality of the reproductive herd of birds.
According to the results of the table it is possible to judge the degree of intensity of metabolic processes in the body of chickens removed from irradiated and non-irradiated eggs. It can be seen that under the influence of irradiation with monochromatic red light of a wavelength of 6328 A, energy metabolism in tissues is enhanced, which is caused by the organism’s increased need for energy and plastic materials to ensure a higher level of energy.
