Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in abdominal surgery. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of treatment by uniformly distributing medications in the abdominal cavity. During laparotomy and debridement of the pathological lesion, the right gland-omental artery is incised and a catheter perforated throughout its intravascular part is inserted, the end of which is placed in the aorta at the level of the celiac trunk, and then the catheter is fixed on the artery wall. The method allows to reduce the frequency of postoperative purulent complications and is recommended for use in practice.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in abdominal surgery.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of treatment by uniformly distributing medications in the abdominal cavity.

The method is carried out as follows.

During laparotomy after sanitation of the lesion, 1.5-2 cm long, the rights of the gastro-omental artery are mobilized. The distal part of it relative to the celiac trunk is ligated, and the proximal is incised and a catheter with a conductor is inserted into the formed lumen. The catheter, perforated along its entire length, moves into the abdominal aorta at the level of the celiac trunk, which is monitored by x-ray using a mobile X-ray machine, and then the catheter is ligated, the ends of which

вывод тс  на кожу живота, а катетер выводитс  наружу через контрапертуру.tc is expelled to the skin of the abdomen, and the catheter is brought out through contraception.

Example. Patient I., aged 40, diagnosed with perforated gastric ulcer, general serous-fibrinous peritonitis. After opening the abdominal cavity, suturing the perforated ulceration and debridement of the abdominal cavity, the right gastro-omental artery was highlighted over 1.5-2 cm. The distal part of the artery relative to the celiac trunk is ligated, and the proximal part is dissected into 1/3 of the diameter. A catheter perforated throughout it was inserted into the aorta at the level of the celiac trunk. The correct position of the end of the catheter is checked by x-ray. Above the site of dissection, the artery on the catheter is ligated, the ends of which are brought out to the skin through the anterior abdominal wall, the catheter is pulled out through contraception, filled with heparin and plugged.
