Description
Изобретение относитс к производству строительных материалов, а именно к составам дл изготовлени огнеупорного теплоизол ционного издели .The invention relates to the production of building materials, and in particular to compositions for the manufacture of a refractory thermal insulation product.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the bulk density of products while maintaining strength properties.
%:This is achieved in that the composition for the manufacture of a heat insulating refractory product, including mullite-siliceous fiber, polyorganosiloxane and water, contains oligoethoxy-2-ethylhexoxysiloxane and, in addition, aerosil, scop and boric acid as the polyorganosiloxane, in the following ratio of components. %:
Муллитокремнеземйстое волокно6,8-7,2 Оли гоэтокси-2-этил- гексоксисилоксан 1,8-2,1 Аэросил 1,9-3,2 Скоп (27% по сухому остатку) 2,8-5,8 Борна кислота 2,0-2,6 Вода Остальное При приготовлении композиции дл изготовлени теплоизол ционых и огнеупорных изделий используют муллитокремнеземйстое волокно марки МКРР-130, ГОСТ 23619-79, олигоэтокси-2- этилгексоксисилокс ан - жидкость 119-215, ТУ 6-02-1-430-93, аэросил ГОСТ 14922-77, борна кислота, ГОСТ 9656-75, скоп, сухойMullite-siliceous fiber 6.8-7.2 Oli goethoxy-2-ethyl-hexoxysiloxane 1.8-2.1 Aerosil 1.9-3.2 Osprey (27% by dry residue) 2.8-5.8 Boric acid 2, 0-2.6 Water Else In the preparation of the composition for the manufacture of insulating and refractory products, mullite-siliceous fiber of the MKRP-130 brand, GOST 23619-79, oligoethoxy-2-ethylhexoxysiloxane - liquid 119-215, TU 6-02-1-430 -93, aerosil GOST 14922-77, boric acid, GOST 9656-75, osprey, dry

издели- подвергают высушиванию при 100 105°С и затем прокаливают при 1050°С в течение 2-4 ч.the remainder of which is 25-38%, and water. The composition is prepared as follows. Aerosil, liquid 119-215 and osprey are dispersed in a boric acid solution. Then the loosened mullite-siliceous fiber is loaded and mixed vigorously for 5-7 minutes. The hydromass is poured into a mold and squeezed by evacuation from excess binder. Formed. the product is dried at 100 105 ° C and then calcined at 1050 ° C for 2-4 hours
The composition of the composite mixture and the test results of the products are shown in the table.
As can be seen from the table, almost 6 times less was spent on the manufacture of heat-insulating refractory products of mullite-siliceous fiber than in the known solution. This makes it possible to save expensive and scarce refractory fiber.
0The hydromass of the composite mixture is highly stable, which facilitates the manufacturing process of products and ensures equal
