Description
Изобретение относитс к промышленности строительных материалов и может быть использовано при изготовлении облицовочных строительных материалов.The invention relates to the building materials industry and can be used in the manufacture of facing building materials.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение прочности и водо- и термостойкости.The aim of the invention is to increase strength and water and heat resistance.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что сырьева смесь дл изготовлени облицовочных изделий, включающа жидкое стекло , туфовый песок и щебень, наполнитель и добавку, содержит в качестве наполнител пыль-унос цементного производства, а добавки - сточные воды асбоцементного производства при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:This goal is achieved in that the raw material mixture for the manufacture of facing products, including water glass, tuff sand and crushed stone, a filler and an additive, contains dust-fly-off of cement production as a filler, and additives contain asbestos-cement production wastes in the following ratio of components, wt. %:
Жидкое стекло (на сухое)3-6 Туфовый песок 63-70 Туфовый щебень 2-4Liquid glass (dry) 3-6 Tuff sand 63-70 Tuff crushed stone 2-4
Пыль-унос цементного производства15-20 Сточные воды асбоцементного производства 7-10 Пример осуществлени способа. Характеристика исходных материалов. Туфовый заполнитель примен ют в виде щебн (5-10 мм) и песка до 5 мм, которые вл ютс отходами добычи и обработки природного туфового камн .Dust-fly of cement production 15-20 Wastewater of asbestos-cement production 7-10 Process example. Characterization of the starting materials. Tuff aggregate is used in the form of crushed stone (5-10 mm) and sand up to 5 mm, which are waste from the extraction and processing of natural tuff stone.
Пыль-унос цементного производства вл етс дисперсией, уловленной электрофильтрами из цементно-обжигательных печей , и содержит как инертные, в частности карбонатные и глинистые, так и активные составл ющие: обожженна глина, свободна окись кальци и клинкерные минералы .Cement production dust is a dispersion captured by electrostatic precipitators from cement kilns and contains both inert, in particular carbonate and clay, and active components: calcined clay, free calcium oxide and clinker minerals.
