Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использовано при правке шлифовальных кругов. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение производительности правки. Дл этого притиру 2 в процессе правки сообщают перемещение вдоль образующей вращающегос шлифовального круга 1 и непрерывное движение подачи в направлении к рабочей поверхности шлифовального инструмента вдоль продольной оси притира. Последнюю устанавливают под углом от 20 до 60 градусов к вектору скорости шлифовального инструмента в точке пересечени его поверхностью притира , обращенной навстречу вектору скорости шлифовального инструмента. Скорость подачи притира выбирают в диапазоне от 5 до 18 мкм/мин. В зазор между притиром и шлифовальным инструментом подают свободный абразив. 1 табл., 1 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used when dressing grinding wheels.
