Abstract

Использование: автоматизаци  загрузки штамповочных прессов малогабаритными заготовками. Сущность изобретени : манипул тор состоит из исполнительного органа 2 в виде платформы 7 с основным 8 и двум  дополнительными 9 захватами, перемещаемого относительно основани  1 посредством приводов подъема - основного 3 и дополнительного 5, а также приводов перемещений - основного 4 и дополнительного 6, причем приводы подъема и перемещений выполнены идентичными, так привод подъема выполнен в виде каретки, установленной на колонне основани , а каждый привод перемещени  выполнен в виде зубчато-реечной передачи и двух силовых цилиндров 13 и 14. Причем силовой цилиндр 14 установлен на основании и его yjTOK св зан с рейкой 12, обеспечивающей поворот зубчатого сектора 15, закрепленного на колонне. Силовой цилиндр 13 установлен на каретке механизма подъема, и его 5 шток шарнирно св зан с платформой. 2 ил.Usage: automation of loading stamping presses with small-sized blanks.
