Abstract
Description
The invention relates to electronic equipment and can be used in the manufacture of ceramic monolithic capacitors with electrodes of base metals.
The aim of the invention is to increase the dielectric constant ε and reduce the consumption of precious metals.
The proposed ferroceramic material is prepared by conventional ceramic technology by grinding and mixing in a vibrating mill for 3 hours. Test samples were made as follows. The ceramic film obtained by slip casting was applied with nickel electrodes by pressing. The film was collected in bags, pressed and cut into blanks of monolithic capacitors. Calcination (sintering) performed in a medium of a CO-CO 2 at T = 1300-1320 ° C for 1 hour.
1. The optimality and validity of the ratio of ingredients is confirmed by the data in table. 1.
In the table. 2 shows the data of a comparative analysis of the proposed material and materials analog and prototype, where -temperature stability ε; T spec , o C - sintering temperature of the material.
As can be seen from the table. 2, a positive effect is achieved only in a given range of component concentrations. The ratio of ingredients corresponding to their transcendental values leads to a decrease in ε.
Thus, the advantage of the proposed material over the analogue and prototype is to increase the specific characteristics due to the growth of ε, as well as to reduce the consumption of precious metals used as the material of the electrodes, since the proposed material is resistant to reduction during firing, which allows it to be used with electrodes of base metals, in particular based on nickel.
