Abstract

1. Мангал, содержащий корпус, колосник, транспортировочные ручки и съемные ножки, отличающийся тем, что он снабжен внутренним каркасом, который установлен в корпусе на упорах, а колосник смонтирован во внутреннем каркасе также с помощью упоров.2. Мангал содержит корпус 1 в форме параллелепипеда с одной снятой гранью. В корпусе 1 на упорах 2 установлен с зазором внутренний каркас 3 такой же формы. Грани каркаса 3 в нижней части снабжены вентиляционными отверстиями 4. На дне каркаса 3 выше вентиляционных отверстий 4 смонтирована также на упорах 5 колосниковая решетка 6, на которую в процессе приготовления пищи на мангале укладывают дрова.
