Abstract
Naprava i postupak za hlađenje svežeg betona pri povišenim temperaturama omogućavaju efikasno hlađenje svežeg betona što je ostvareno tako što predmetnu napravu čine: rashladna stanica (1) sa merno-regulacionom opremom (2) i sigurnosnom opremom (3), elektromagnetni ventili (5), transmiter pritiska (6), kriogeni zaporni ventili (7), kolektor (17) izrađen od prohromskih cevi sa temperaturnim sondama (8), betonska mešalica (9) i manometar (10) sa sigurnosnim ventilima (11). Postupak hlađenja svežeg betona tečnim azotom u mešalici sprovodi se na sledeći način: najpre se ubacuje agregat-separisani šljunak, zatim cement, pa voda i na kraju po potrebi aditivi-hemijski dodaci. Zamešavanje dodatih sirovina traje od 15-20 sekundi, dok se ne dobije homogena smeša, nakon čega se ubacuje tečni azot pri pritisku od 6 bara, nakon čega se i pri spoljnim temperaturama od 30-35°C dobija ohlađeni svež beton na kome se na površini ne javljaju naprsline i pukotine.
