Abstract
Device for injection moulding of products from artificial material consists of an injection moulding machine (1) as well as corresponding tools (2), while an integral part of the tools (2) are at least two mould cavities (11, 12) corresponding in size with the products to be produced. The tool (2) consists of at least three parts (4, 5, 6) which are movable relatively one against the other, featuring at least one channel (13) for the supply of the molten man-made mass. On parts (4, 5, 6) of the tool (2) there is between two positions a position-adjustable locking means by which it is possible to lock only the central (5) and front (4) part of the tool in the first terminal position, while in the second one only the central (5) and the rear part (6) of the tool (2) can be locked. For this purpose, there is in the central part (5) there is at least one driving mean (19) with one slider piece (18) being movable toward the axis of the tool (2) and which is via its driving unit (19) shiftable in its longitudinal direction in two opposite sides between two terminal positions. Apart from that, there is on the tool (2) itself in the area of the current separating plane (9, 10) at least one clamping device (K) having one part always located in the central part (5) of the tool (2), while the other part is currently interacting with the first one, from one side, attached to the front part (4), of the tool (2), and on the other, at the rear part (6) of the tool (2) as the second part of the clamping device (K). Moreover, both the front part (4) and the rear part (6), of the tool (2) as the second part of the clamping device (4) have attached one slider (20, 21) reacing out in the axis of the tool (2) which at the position of the closed tool (2) with one of its ends goes into the suitable first part of the clamping device (K) and at the ending it has at least one clamping device (K) and at that end it has at least one pusher (R). The slider (18) in both of its terminal positions due to the snapping of the pusher (R) each time fits with the corresponding clamping device (K).
